Ive been tolerating the horrible pharmacy…read moreemployees that clearly all hate their jobs, the stupid LUNCH closing where every single employee goes to lunch and the pharmacy closes, and it takes them forever to find your medication as they slowly walk about looking completely lost and zombie-like. Today was the final straw. I know better than to go when Im in a hurry but I had no choice because Im leaving out of town. So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." I go here because the location and because the front register people are always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. Also clean your floors, they're really gross.

Other clerk wasn't Much help as well. So I asked if I could go through their garbage by their lottery machine and he brought it out which it was full! I DID FIND MY BIG TICKET IN THAT GARBAGE! SO much for him knowing how to claim. And the nerve of him yelling at me in front of two other men. I'm an older women and was treated as such! I did call the lottery commission of Tampa and they paid him a visit that same day. They also are supposed to have the customer be able to see the screen to make sure the pay out is correct. So he had to move it. I HAVE NOT GONE IN THAT STORE SINCE. AFTER BEING A 25 YR CUSTOMER!!! AND I CERTAINTY WOULD NOT BUY LOTTERY THERE OR CASH THEM THERE. GOOD LUCK!

This Shell station has only 6 pumps, which is usually plenty. When they are in competition with…read morenext door Walmart, this is a very busy place! Today, 11/28/22, Walmart was $2.99. Shell was $3.04. With my gold Fuel Rewards Network (FRN) card, my price was $2.99, too. The gas dispenses quickly, and the digital screens are easy to navigate. My receipt printed this time, but in the past it's been hit or miss. Of course the receipt is also sent to my email when I use my FRN card so I don't have to have a printed copy. This gas station is a little tricky to get into & out of. It's easy to turn right into it if you are N bound. If you are coming from the South, you need to make a U-Turn on Tampa Road. And when you leave, and you want to head southwest, you either go to the traffic light and make a U turn, or you turn right on Tampa Road, after navigating the shopping center traffic. I have not been inside the convenience story, nor have I used the car wash. But I will continue to get gas here at competitive prices!
