UPDATED: Im SOOO done with this HORRIBLE pharmacy! Ive been tolerating the horrible pharmacy employees that clearly all hate their jobs, the stupid LUNCH closing where every single employee goes to lunch and the pharmacy closes, and it takes them forever to find your medication as they slowly walk about looking completely lost and zombie-like. Today was the final straw. I know better than to go when Im in a hurry but I had no choice because Im leaving out of town. So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." I go here because the location and because the front register people are always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. Also clean your floors, they're really gross. read more

Just had the nicest young gentleman help me at the checkout counter. I say "young gentleman" purposely. He went out of his way to help me with their app. I knew there were coupons, but had never really learned how to pull them up. He helped me, with a great attitude, and I saved $12. He was happy and upbeat and had an infectious positive presence. Thank you Anthony - made my day! read more

The employees I've spoken to all seem like robots. I've often wondered...is this a human I'm speaking to? No friendliness or even a "thank you" at the end of conversations. They just hang up! Even the ones I've dealt with at the window (which I can never see because of a terrible glare on the window) aren't friendly. I like using an app when possible but with this one the next time available to pick up medicines are two days out so I have to call. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER. This is the third time they just simply deleted my prescription. I receive notice on the app that it is being worked on and then it just goes away. You call and you stop and you cannot get a manager to speak with you. You have your doctor send another prescription and they lose it again. When asked if the prescription is there the response is we never received it. I am done with this pharmacy. They don't care if you receive your medications and not exactly smart enough to figure out that the prescriptions are being deleted on THEIR end. read more

This is not my usual Walgreens. This one, however, is open 24 hours and not too many are anymore. It's located at the southwest corner of Main St. and Keene Rd. in Dunedin. This location is huge, clean and tidy. I was immediately greeted and then pointed in the right direction. They seemed to carry a lot more inventory than the Walgreens than I usually go to. I can definitely recommend this location especially if you need to access prescriptions 24 hours a day. read more

Sgned up COVID vaccine appointment 3 days prior and received 5 reminders about my appointment. Was on time for my appointment and was told they were out of covid vaccine. they did not even offer a suggestion to make this right. Clerk was exceptionally rude and only escalated the situation. Pharmacy mgr. said they were calling people. I showed him my recent calls with none from Walgreens. Staff is terrible at de-escalating and even worse at managing inventory of the vaccine. don't bother with an appointment as it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! read more

Very convenient location in Dunedin, They are very friendly and Have everything I need. The only thing is that is not 24 hrs.

Wow. The pharmacist has her mask below her nose. Almost to her mouth. Do we all want this to go away... YES!!! But how can we do that when even our health professionals have no respect for the masks and wear them correctly. WOW! No wonder our whole county isn't about that life. #thankswalgreens!!! read more

I normally like this place. But not this time. We came here on Saturday morning to get some pictures printed of our new born baby boy. They printed them but they had lines running through them. I showed the employee and he checked the machine and said it wasn't working. He apologized and said it was going to be a little and got my number. He called later that day and said the machine needed to get repaired and that they won't be ready until Monday. Totally fine. Monday afternoon I came here and tried to get them. They looked better but not actually photo quality. But for $0.49 each I was ok with that. The lady who was helping me then refused to sell them to me with out a copyright. These were taken in my house of my son by my wife, myself and a friend. We went back and forth and she still wouldn't sell them to me. Cool thanks for wasting my time. read more

This is our "downtown" Walgreens! You can always depend on them being open 24 hours a day! That's a good thing! They will provide what you need to clean up that nast cold or pulsing headache! Oh, and if you forget a card for your Honey...and I have, you can always pick it up here! They also have the most unique Dunedin Santa's hat here with a palm tree on the end. Very cool! read more

This is an exceptional location. They have a high daily prescription count and still manage to pay a great amount of concern and attention to each and every patient's personal needs and questions. Very knowledgeable pharmacy staff. The store is always clean and very well stocked. The front end staff are fairly courteous and even though it's their policy to greet you and smile, it seems sincere. This location has a take care clinic and like others, it is very easy to make an appointment and be seen. If you don't have time to wait to see your doctor, this is a very convenient alternative. It's also very streamlined to get your prescription right afterward since it's under the same roof. The drive-thru for pharmacy drop off and pick up is also very efficient. read more
