We paid for the car wash inside, but you can pay on the outside at the kiosk beside the car wash. The process is very simple. My only issue was at the end of the car wash the timer confused me. I didn't know if it was for the end of the service or until the next part but I figured it out with a little time to spare. For the car wash you simply pull your car in and park your car and the car wash does the rest. I was satisfied with the car wash and the price.
