The last communication came as an email saying (and this is a quote): "We are offering New Pest control services to our customers at the price of quarterly pest so that means we are removing our initial cost that normally costs around $250-$250 a year and offering $89-99 starting and $89-99 a quarter depending on the size of home." That's almost $400.00 a year. I called and am guessing the folks normally there have sold out to someone else. was put on hold so my account could be looked at and the call suddenly ended. With this kind of service, so will my contract with them.

When we started seeing some stinkbugs in the house(alive) I decided to call for a service. We were told that Daytons didn't cover these bugs under the normal service( we would have to pay more). I though pest control services covered all pests, apparently not. I'm not going to pay extra or work with someone who doesn't let us know up front that there are certain bugs they won't kill.
