I stressed that I did not want them to shave her hair down close to her skin. She did have some matting, which I told them about when dropping her off, but they told me they could work with it. I also asked that her face be rounded, but they did not trim her face AT ALL. She had long bangs that hung over her eyes and they didn't even touch them, just put them in bows. She had 1 mat on top of her head and they shaved her head in that one spot and left the rest of it long. It looked absolutely ridiculous :( My husband and I had to cut her bangs ourselves when we got home just so she could SEE. They had her from 4:15pm - 7:30pm and I don't think they even gave her a bath. She didn't smell like shampoo and she still had dirt in her tail (which had also not been trimmed) Her nails were poorly cut so they were still sharp and long, one of them split in half at the tip? We think that because they were busy, they kept her in a kennel for the majority of the time and then rushed to finish her so they could go home. We will not be coming back and I do not recommend you bring your babies here.

I have to stop her from hanging up to find out how much they actually charge. She thinks around $100. I'm sorry, you think.... She came off rude and in a rush. We moved from AZ/SD and typically would wash him at my parents vet hospital. We washed him with the shampoo provided, rinsed and dried him. All seemed great till 3 days after he had a huge bacterial infection all over his skin!!! After speaking with my parents (veterinarians) and doing a skin scrape we believe it was contracted from the refill shampoo bottles not being properly sanitized between clients plus having diluted soap sit in them for 24 hours or more. For $17 and a giant infection that needs antibiotics even 3 weeks after going and contracting this I do not recommend the washing stations.

The groomer (well the one we had) was pleasant and professional. My dog always came home looking very nice. I am a busy mom of 7, a wife and a nurse. I missed an appointment we had as I forgot one of my children had a school concert to attend on a Saturday. I called the Katies once I realized I had missed the appointment to apologize and reschedule. The receptionist asked me to hold on. Then a lady got on the phone and immediately said, "This is Katie, are you not able to bring in your dog?" I stated I was not able to and explained why and apologized for not being able to. She than said are you aware of the cancellation fee? I stated I was not and had not been told about that. Very rudely she said the fee is the price of the cut. I was a little floored about this, but said okay, and asked if it is charged with the next cut. She continued to be very rude as if this was something I did all the time and told me that I would need to prepay for all the appointments moving forward. She didn't give a courtesy, she didn't say yes, you will need to pay a double charge next time, she was very rude. I told her thank you and hung up. She will NOT get another $$ of my hard earned money again. Zero customer service and she sounded like a mad hatter the way she was talking. I hope she doesn't treat all customers and employees like that.

She is very nice, great with my doodle, she does an excellent job for over 2 years now, and my dog trust her. I tell him we are going to see Erin, get his haircut, and he is so excited. Its not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I am very picky, who touches my dog, and where he goes. Whether it's the vet or the groomer I want my dog to feel comfortable. No different than I want to feel comfortable and trust my doctors, and places I go to get stuff done.

I had the owner contact me who informed me my 10 pound dog was unmanageable (a comment I have never received in the 10 years I have had him and have been having him groomed regularly) and even admitted a more experienced groomer should have groomed him but yet continued to groom him and hurt him in the process and did NOT OFFER ANY SORT OF REFUND. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and will not be returning. Not to mention a 10 pound dog grooming was $85. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or put your dogs in danger.
