The groomer (well the one we had) was pleasant and professional. My dog always came home looking very nice. I am a busy mom of 7, a wife and a nurse. I missed an appointment we had as I forgot one of my children had a school concert to attend on a Saturday. I called the Katies once I realized I had missed the appointment to apologize and reschedule. The receptionist asked me to hold on. Then a lady got on the phone and immediately said, "This is Katie, are you not able to bring in your dog?" I stated I was not able to and explained why and apologized for not being able to. She than said are you aware of the cancellation fee? I stated I was not and had not been told about that. Very rudely she said the fee is the price of the cut. I was a little floored about this, but said okay, and asked if it is charged with the next cut. She continued to be very rude as if this was something I did all the time and told me that I would need to prepay for all the appointments moving forward. She didn't give a courtesy, she didn't say yes, you will need to pay a double charge next time, she was very rude. I told her thank you and hung up. She will NOT get another $$ of my hard earned money again. Zero customer service and she sounded like a mad hatter the way she was talking. I hope she doesn't treat all customers and employees like that.

We opted for mobile grooming because this was during the pandemic and brick-and-mortar dog grooming places were not open. This groomer was great! She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).

We've boarded our dog at a few places and are glad we came across this one. Now, it isn't a doggy daycare like other places, so the dogs aren't playing with each other. This does, however, mean the price is lower. We recently boarded our pup here for a long weekend and it was about half of what it would have cost at a daycare center. So even though it isn't daycare and the dogs aren't playing with each other all day, it seems like they have lots of room to roam and get plenty of playtime. Our guy came home tired and happy. Jill even sent along a few pictures of him playing around and it looks like he was in doggy heaven. We'll definitely be bringing our dog back again next time we're out of town.
