Our dog Theo had a puncture wound on his neck and needed to see the vet on a Friday night after…read morehours. We called ahead and were told they could see him within the hour to assess his wound and then would fix him up as quickly as they could. They took him back right away and let us know what was needed, what it would cost and how long it would take. They took such good care of my baby and I felt the price was reasonable. He needed a few staples to close the wound and antibiotics and pain relievers. We were on our way home within 2.5 hours of arriving. The staff was kind, caring and upfront about what he would need. Very glad we had this option when we needed it.

There are two doors to open and angled apart so not very accessible for walker or wheelchair or convenient is carrying a pet carrier or bringing a pet in. Friendly staff but the waiting area has dog hair all over the seats. Pets are all in one lounge so you've got barking dogs trying to instigate with other animals and scaring others. It might be practical have everyone on a harness or in a carrier to prevent the hair everywhere and potential fights. The cats have another room in the back I didn't notice the sign the first time. They do charge an extra fee for same day appointments so I recommend booking ahead or calling and speaking to someone if you must be seen urgently. The vet was very nice and transparent. They did have to take the cat to another room where I could not accompany. I had to sit on hair covered bench while waiting. After all that was said and done. I had no idea pet vet care was so expensive. She's not my kitty but I would do anything for her and it broke my heart seeing her sick. I would bring her back. Overall score js 4.5 because of the doors and hair. I do realize that it's impossible to have it spotless with countless animals but there was no effort while I was there to clean after groups were in the lobby and the room had not been cleaned prior to us going in. My only option was to clean off the bench myself shifting the hair to the floor or sitting on/beside it. I would have swept myself if given the option.

They've always worked with my schedule and they also send me a text to update me when my dog is finished being groomed (this is perfect for my work schedule because it is difficult for me to answer my phone when I'm at work). I take my 3 pups there and have never worried about their safety, highly recommend and have sent several of my friends here! Would love to start using their doggy day care service- they do really cute arts and crafts activities with dogs

I pull up at 3:20 pm on10/11/25 a vet assistant came out at 3:25 and asked to wait for a few minutes and she will be right out. Well 25 minutes later in the hot sun and getting hot, after all cars left and one pulled up No vet as of yet? so I go in behind a man with a small dog that was also throwing up and he was allowed in ? when I got to the window the assistance was ready to give me a bill for sitting outside not seeing any one It was the same person I saw at 3:25 when I pulled up.
