I can truly say this, I have 100% trust in Michelle to care for my pets and home. She follows directions and goes above and beyond in the care of your pets and home. A few times my flights coming back into Redmond were delayed. At the last minute I would ask Michelle to pick up my dog Lola at the Deschutes Pet Lodge before it closed so that Lola would be home by the time I arrived. She would also hang out with Lola so that she wouldn't be home alone too long. Michelle is a professional, mature and trustworthy. I have referred her to my neighbors without hesitation and they also have shared with me that they like her and are confident that their pets and home are taken care of. She is responsive and asks questions so that all information is clear and understood. I'm bummed that she can't petsit for me any longer . Prior to the adventure, the owner, Bobby, met with me and my dog in person. He took the time to learn about my dog's personality and behaviors, and answered all of my questions. After meeting him I felt very comfortable letting him take my fur baby out and had confidence that it would go well. (I don't easily trust anyone with my dog, so this is saying a lot) Bobby was professional, kind, super knowledgeable about dogs and supportive. He took some great photos of Leia having a blast on her adventure which I loved. I've used several professional dog sitting services and never gotten such a personal and fun daily update! It's also refreshing to know that it doesn't matter if you need one visit every 3 months or one every day. All are given the same attention and priority.
