I was in the process of relocating and would leave my four-legged feline kids and home in Michelle's care. Many times I was gone for 1 to 3 weeks. I can truly say this, I have 100% trust in Michelle to care for my pets and home. She follows directions and goes above and beyond in the care of your pets and home. A few times my flights coming back into Redmond were delayed. At the last minute I would ask Michelle to pick up my dog Lola at the Deschutes Pet Lodge before it closed so that Lola would be home by the time I arrived. She would also hang out with Lola so that she wouldn't be home alone too long. Michelle is a professional, mature and trustworthy. I have referred her to my neighbors without hesitation and they also have shared with me that they like her and are confident that their pets and home are taken care of. She is responsive and asks questions so that all information is clear and understood. I'm bummed that she can't petsit for me any longer . The good news is I have now seen so many different Drs and staff members I think I can actually give a good feel for the energy and work ethic of this group! Coming from working in animal hospital during most of my grooming career I suppose I could be a little picky or over critical. I tried multiple clinics before finding Redmond Vet! I have a sweet pug Dexter who was having eye issues a few years ago post covid every place was not taking new clients or booked out 6 months. I had been to two different emergency clinics in the area and Dexters eye wasn't getting better. Then I met Dr. Curt and was immediately impressed. Kind hearted, compassionate and made me feel like a neighbor or friend he explained all the issues in a way I could understand and worked diligently to fight the antibiotic resistant infection my little guy had! Since then I have seen Dr. Sean who is so colorful and fun I really enjoy him! Now to my most recent experience with Dr.Casse this isn't the first time I've seen her, my lab had a small issue last year and I knew I liked this Dr right away dealing with her then so I have since requested her. Fast forward to today when my poodle Delilah started haveing horrible issues, Dr. Casse got us in right away. She was very conscious of my financial situation and compassionate to the fact that I was extremely worried about my girl. She took immediate action and included me in all decision making. Delilah is now set up for surgery Wednesdays and I trust Dr. Casse with her 100 percent. I own my own business grooming dogs here in town and recommend all of my clients here, I am so confident in the staff to be kind courteous and help all these sweet animals. The staff makes sure the dogs are safe and quick to separate tired or grumpy pups from the others ...... and its quite reasonably priced! For some unexplained reason a 5lbs mini yorkie was put in the same play kennel as all the other large bread dogs with apparently no supervision. They were told that they thought he'd been stepped on and had broken ribs, but according to the vet he was covered in dog slobber and suffered a broken neck. Conveniently their security cameras happened to be broken that very day of the incident. Needless to say I will never take our pets there for anything nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.
