Your dog will be stuck in a kennel for 6-8 hours without a potty break and come home covered in feces. The under staff is paid $14 a hour so of course the animals are getting treated accordingly to the pay. As for the owner, she is on her 3rd dui and it is known she has used the business account for her own personal expenses with lawyers. The employees went over a month without being paid because she chipped into the business account to help her last dui case. Still a nice lady just VERY shady. The upfront guy is a nice man, Tom I think his name is. Last year my cousin worked there and said danny (the gm) shoved a dogs noses into poop because "it spitefully shit" and the dog knew what it was doing. Another customer watched through the window as a small heavy set woman smacked a dog in the face for not being compliant with the groom.
