I have debated whether to write this review as I have no video proof, but I last had my boys there…read moreon April 13, and I believe that Jack was not treated well, was not groomed as the girl said she could not trim him and that he tried to bite her. Jack is now afraid of all people he comes in contact with which he never was before. Ichabod who is very compliant in getting groomed but did not receive what I asked for, I showed the girl a picture from my phone of how I wanted him cut. It was a younger girl with dark hair who waited on me, I did not get her name, however she was not a very nice person. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone and only wish that in the instance I had reported what I believe happened. I had just recently moved here from Arizona and went there because it was close.
