He goes & gets groomed once a month & is always so excited to be there. I left him overnight for the first time since he's been born this last Friday. The boarding prices are great & they offer playtime as well! I picked up my dog & he was happy & looked like he had a great time. There were glowing reviews on google for Cedar Canyon and when I talked to Cori on the phone, I was put at ease. I knew my dog with her multiple pills, chews, and her special pet food preparations would be in good hands. I checked in a couple of times while we were on our trip and they gave me updates. On NYE when folks in the area started shooting off fireworks, (despite the burn ban) Cori gave our pup calming chews for anxiety. Boarding fees are straight forward and based on weight. Ours was $26 a day x 9 days, and we added three play times per day at $2.00 per play time. I also asked for a nail trim and that was $15.00. Total bill was $255. Seeing our pup in good spirits when I picked her up let me know this is a great place and they take care of the pets in their care well.

The staff is so caring and all of my animals love them! Dr. Zimm and Dr. Foley are up on care, procedures and medications, and most importantly, listen to the owner of the pet because we speak for them! They've been patient listening to every nuance, symptom and are open to holistic practices. I make my dogs food as the commercial brands didn't work for my Chihuahuas systems. The staff has always worked my emergency in from the time I call. The office is always clean, smells good and well stocked despite it being a very busy place. I've sent my son and his animals there and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary services. Thank you all for such great work!

One star is too high! We have been going to White Oaks for…read moreyears. Usually for shots and routine visits. This time our poodle was very sick. He is almost 4 years old. We arrived at White Oaks before they opened. When they unlocked the door we took him in the office. We had an appointment that we had made for 2 PM, but we felt like he might not make it that long. We had tried to take him to the emergency veterinarian hospital at 4am but they were full and would not take any patients. White Oaks told us to go to the emergency vet and we explained that we had tried to. White Oaks still refused to see us. This vet is only good for routine care but not an emergency.
