Great selection for dog food and other dog maintenance supplies. We bath our dogs there and have no real issues except that the area probably needs more frequent attention during high use days to tend to towels, wet floor and rinsing out dog hair that accumulates. I've been here just a few times but today I had some really great customer service! I was out looking for a life jacket for my dog, and came in with my very antsy but friendly pooch to try one on. Let me just say, if I had gone anywhere else like Petsmart, they would have left me to my own devices in attempt to wrangle my very curious and squirmy dog. Jacob and Avery helped me pick a style, size and secure straps while being friendly and accommodating, answering questions and making my visit much easier than I anticipated. This is the worst experience I've had at this store by Bevynne (employee). There was a another customer that was grooming her dog in the bathing area. The bathing area is just for bathing not grooming your dog. When I had addressed this with the Bevyenne she said, "the customer can groom her dog and take as much time as needed". I have been taking my dog there for almost a year. I have never seen anybody else groom their dog while other people are waiting to bathe their dogs. This behavior was inconsiderable to others. Hopefully Bevyenne will be counseled on her behavior to me when I was paying for my dog food, their baths and their treats. Then when she took things out to my car she was signing the majority of the time. Never once did she said thank you for shopping with us or have a nice day. read more

Great prices and selection of items, however their small animals aren't exactly on the proper diets. I got a chinchilla from here and he was on some food with dried fruits and veggies in them. Chinchillas cannot process sugars and are supposed to have a strict no fruit no veggie diet. I'm switching him over to an all pelleted mix now because all he eats are the fruits and veggies in the old pelleted mix and leaves the pellets! He is a great chinchilla. Although the employees had no idea how old he was and if he was a he. We had to take him to the vet to get him sexed. I'm sure all of this is a corporate issue, not store but I wish it was better so the animals are getting the proper diet. As far as service goes, it's usually pretty great. There have been a few times where the person at the cash register was slow, but that's only 1 out of the like 15 times we have been there. I love this store and will continue to stop by every time I'm in Edmond. read more

Awesome staff (besides Zoey their bird ) just kidding she's pretty fun! Lukas and Kayli have both worked with my 5 year old yorkie Harlow, who was definitely running my house! I've only been to 2 classes and can already tell some improvement. I like the fact that they don't just train your dog they also give you the tools to succeed even after your training Sessions. If you are at your wits end with you dog or even getting a new member of your family definitely check them out! read more

I used to go to Petco, but they have a groomer there that's really mean to the animals, so that's how I found this place. Everyone here is so nice, very quick and helpful. They take good care of the animals in their care which is a giant plus for me. The hours are great, they offer curbside and deliver as well! You should definitely try this place, you won't be disappointed. read more

Dryers are super weak definitely wouldn't try to bath a long haired dog their, only had two types of shampoo and 1 conditioner water pressure was also weak. Over all not worth the $10 when you can go to tractor supply for the same price to bath your dog where they have actual dryers and drying tables and multiple types of shampoo a conditioner. read more

I've taken my two small dogs here twice now to use their self service bathing station. It's the perfect place to take my fur balls to get cleaned up. They provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers. They have a great selection of food and treats as well. read more

My dog and I love this store. It's very clean, welcomes your pets and I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful every time we visit. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate, the shelves are neat and organized. If we can't find what we need, staff is quick to assist. This is a convenient location with plenty parking for me and my fur-friends. read more

I went to this store to use the dog wash. I have been there lots of times before to wash my dogs. Yesterday, while I was walking down the isle I ran into a sign that they have protruding from the shelves. It cut my arm open quite badly. My cut is about 3 inches long and was bleeding alot. When I got back to the dog wash I washed it off with soap and water. When the attendant came by the wash area, I got her attention and I told her about cutting my arm on the sign. She did not seem interested at all. She asked me which sign and I told her, she then walked away. She never came back to find out how my cut was, or offer and apology, or medical attention or anythingll!!! I even came back in twice more with my other dogs in the same day and was never asked about it. I was just totally ignored. I am very upset with the treatment or lack there of. I do not intend to use their facilities again!! Beware!!!! P.S. I posted my review for this location in edmond, ok, and next think I know, my review says San Francisco, CA. They always offer to carry out your purchases, typically super polite high school kids will take your stuff out, while friendly, professional cashiers ring you up. We also used their self service dog wash, they have everything you'll need, including aprons so you don't get wet. You can buy a package of 5 washes for $25. Premium pet care really doesn't get better than this. The staff at Pet Supplies Plus is friendly, educated and extremely helpful. They always help us find the best deals and even recommend the best products/brands for whatever issue we may be having. Our pup is spoiled from the minute she walks in until the moment she leaves. We have to basically drag her out of the store. Their selection is impressive, much better than that of a lot of smaller stores and their bathing area is like a dog spa. They offer multiple shampoos and conditioners, a clean space to work, bibs to avoid inevitable splashing and powerful dryers that even made it through that stubborn undercoat. Towels are fresh, clean and rolled up neatly for your convenience. They've got a great selection of animals in the store, some that you'd never be able to find at PetSmart, and they know how to care for all of them.
