You don't know when they pick them up or where they are going which I don't enjoy. Ever faithful does not do mass cremations they respect you and your beloved pet and treat them as a person one by one. My dog was dropped off on a Tuesday night and picked up that next day in a beautiful wood carved box with a prayer. They also have a facebook where they will post your dogs name, birthdate/ date of death and personal photos just like a human's obituary. They do have a $35 charge for after hours which is worth it in my opinion. Wonderful place and so grateful to have found them.

They have professionally and lovingly cared for Gizmo (our cute Shih Tzu/Poodle), Blondie (our beloved Pomeranian) and Oreo (our new rescue Pomeranian). Dr. Simon expertly served us so very well, until his retirement. He compassionately helped several dogs in our family with euthanasia. In more recent years, Dr. Ashley has helped us, as we navigated years of diabetes, insulin, and later kidney disease, with our precious Blondie. Her phone calls, great explanations, and caring "bedside" manner are always appreciated and so valuable. Chrissy, the wonderful longtime receptionist, is a "huge asset" to Warwick. She is incredibly helpful, caring, and knowledgable. She has become a good friend and has even come to our home to give our dog insulin shots. Tracy, the Groomer, is exceptional. She does such wonderful work on cutting and styling our Pomeranians. She always makes them look exactly the way we like...so cute. I have heard that they offer great boarding services for pets too. I lost my 13-year-old Pomeranian, Minka, on October 5, 2025, and I believe Warwick Animal…read moreHospital's care directly contributed to her death. Minka had a seizure disorder managed with Phenobarbital since May 2023. She also had a documented history of elevated liver enzymes and suspected microvascular liver dysplasia dating back to 2015. Despite this known liver vulnerability, her Phenobarbital dose was repeatedly increased throughout 2024-2025 without adequate liver monitoring. In late August 2025, I asked Dr. Ashley if we could switch Minka from liquid Phenobarbital (3 mL of 20mg/5mL solution = 12mg per dose) to tablets because the liquid was becoming impossible to administer. I was prescribed 16.2mg tablets twice daily--a 35% increase in dose--with zero communication about the change. No phone call. No discussion. Just a prescription waiting at the desk. For a month, my dog received a significantly higher dose of a medication known to cause liver toxicity, despite her compromised liver. On September 30th, Minka's liver values came back in acute toxicity range: ALT 1997, ALP 2060. She'd been a happy, playful dog just days before. When Dr. Ashley called with results, she said she'd call back the same day with Phenobarbital levels. She didn't. When I called the next day, I was told she wasn't in. The medication Minka urgently needed sat unapproved for over 24 hours. When I transferred Minka's care to another hospital, crucial records were missing--including the most recent three months of visits, Phenobarbital dosing information, and the liver function test results. This happened while Minka was in a life-threatening situation. Minka passed away five days after her diagnosis. An ultrasound ruled out tumors. The emergency veterinarian's assessment: liver toxicity from Phenobarbital overdose, possibly complicated by underlying Cushing's disease. What also breaks my heart: For over two years, I repeatedly expressed concerns about Minka's breathing issues. They were dismissed as reverse sneezing or allergies. It wasn't until she had a respiratory crisis in July 2025 that emergency vets diagnosed a collapsed trachea--something that had likely been developing for months or years. Additionally, despite seeing Minka multiple times between June 2024 and June 2025, Dr. Ashley didn't mention possible hypothyroidism until I specifically brought Minka in for an unrelated skin issue--even though she later stated the visual signs were "characteristic" and obvious. I'm not a high-maintenance pet owner with unrealistic expectations. I'm a devastated mother who trusted professionals with my baby's life. Minka had health challenges, yes--but she deserved attentive, thorough care that considered her complete medical history. She deserved a doctor who returned urgent calls, who didn't make dosing errors on controlled substances, and who provided complete medical records when her life was on the line. I've filed complaints with the Oklahoma State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners and the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. Warwick has not accepted responsibility or offered reimbursement for the emergency care costs ($2,405) that resulted from their error. If your pet has complex medical needs, please advocate fiercely. Ask questions. Request copies of all records. Don't accept dismissive answers. And if something feels wrong, trust your instincts--I wish I had trusted mine sooner.

Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

With each test and treatment plan they communicated with me and gave me multiple options. Being military I have moved a lot, pretty much every 3 or 4 years and have seen my fair share of vets and I can say that this is one of the best places... ever Their pricing is extremely reasonable and throughout the whole process they only ran the necessary test and gave me as many price deductions as possible. But most importantly they made sure that my baby was comfortable with everything and not in pain. They are absolutely amazing at communication and responded to every single one of my constant texts, emails or phone calls. The entire team is so invested in the care of my sweet baby even though they just met him. They even referred him to a higher care to ensure that he got the best possible option for surgery which speaks volumes because they could have just taken my money and risked him losing his life in surgery. I will absolutely be making them the primary vet for all of my animals and I am certain that they are in the best hands. It is worth the drive there. I want to especially thank Dr. Katherine Craft, Dr. Chelsey Rostykus and the entire staff of techs.
