Wow is all I can say!…read more Excellent customer service, facilities and caretakers of my dog. Macaroni had his first introductory day at Camp Bow Wow which was FREE (wow) to make sure that he wasn't aggressive with the other dogs. As a new doggy mama I wasn't sure how he would do or even if I could trust complete strangers but I'm so glad I did. Thank you for taking care and wearing out my overactive puppy. Perfect for those days where you don't have a ton of time in the day to pay attention to him and more important when you have late night work to do. Definitely will be back.

This was my husband and I's first time boarding our 2 samoyeds. We are pretty obsessed with them,…read moreand they are treated like our children. All of our normal dog sitters who stay in our house were out of town for the holidays. So, I was quite anxious about boarding them to begin with and really felt at ease about leaving them with cbw when i looked them up and during their trial day. My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.

This is the most AMAZING business to trust your furry family members with. Our doodle has been…read moreexpertly groomed and loved on by their extremely caring staff and we do not plan to use anyone else for this service. The atmosphere of OK Canine Corral is welcoming, cheery, and truly makes me feel so comfortable and even happy for my pup when he gets to go on doggie staycation while we travel. Five stars all around!

Absolutely Terrible Service. I saw this location had a few good reviews, so I was excited to give…read moreit a shot. I took in my goldendoodle and sent pictures and picked out what hair length I wanted her cut. When I went to pick her up, she was so scared, had peed all in her crate that they put her in ( so she was not taken out to the bathroom ) , and was shaved so bad/close that MULTIPLE areas in her body were bleeding / raw. I contacted the company and a woman named Laura reached out to assist with my concerns. I had to take my doodle to the vet to get ointment due to her skin being razor burned so badly. Laura said they would refund my grooming costs, but never did. Initially, I was just contacting the company to warn them about their groomers work & that other dogs could be getting hurt -- but if you promise something you should FOLLOW THROUGH it's just proper etiquette. I work with vet offices & always warn them about this grooming location. I am not concerned about the money, but I am concerned that other dogs might be getting hurt.

I've been bringing my pup here for a little over six months, and every visit has been a great…read moreexperience. The check-in process is consistently quick and efficient (which, if you've ever wrangled an anxious pup, luckily mine is all of 13 pounds, in a waiting room, you know is a gift). We are normally taken promptly back by Emanuel, who sets the tone with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Fritzler is thorough, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. He answers every question I have, even when I ask the same one multiple times in slightly different ways (purely for research purposes, of course, not because I'm not understanding). As someone who's mindful of costs, I really appreciate that recommendations are practical and tailored to my budget without compromising care. Having visited several veterinary offices over the years, this one stands out as especially welcoming, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to the well being of the animals they treat. My pup maybe anxious going to the vet, but Dr. Fritzler has won her over.

Worst experience ever! Have been using Rose Rock (mainly for boarding) for several years but will…read moreNOT be back. Dropped our dogs off for boarding and on Day 6 they call to tell both of our dogs are infested with fleas. Not only that they suggested we have our home fumigated due to the excessive amount of fleas. We DO NOT have fleas now nor have we ever. We also use another vet who just saw the dogs 2 weeks ago...did an exam and rabies. No fleas/flea dirt was seen then. There are no fleas in our car from transporting nor any fleas on us. Both dogs are now coughing their heads off so we are heading to the emergency vet to see if they have kennel cough or physical damage to their throat.
