She was very matted, and while most groomers would have insisted on shaving her, Bernard patiently worked through the tangles (he does charge for dematting, as expected), and gave her a beautifully shaped, hand-scissored cut. He really understands doodle coats -- he owns a doodle and a poodle himself -- and takes the time to deliver a thoughtful, adorable result. Her face looks especially cute, and while she hates having her photo taken, we couldn't be happier with how she turned out. Both Jose and Don was so patient with me and my questions. I wanted to try some of their products, but was concerned about finding parking and they suggested that I could purchase the items online, and they would run it out to me when I arrived. I ordered online and when I got their called the store, and Don literally ran out of the store to hand my items to me! But that's not the amazing part.... When I got home and examined the items (bone broth and digestive probiotics) I noticed the probiotics were in pill form when I ordered the powdered version. I thought to myself, oh no biggie I suppose I can just crush it up and mix it with the food. However, there's no instructions on how much/many to give to my dog according to weight. So I called again and asked and told them I originally purchased the powdered form of probiotics, but I got the pill.. They looked over my order and apologized for the mix up. And Uber delivered my correct order for me the same day!!.... I WILL BE GOING BACK TO JEFFREY'S when I can. Pup is on the mend.
