We asked again and she hollered, "I am busy what do you want!!??". That is not the attitude we expect from someone that is supposed to help and welcome customers. The Store Employees are supposed to be respectful to customers! We asked for her name and she did not want to give it so we asked again and she said Jan. She was belligerent, rude and acted very unfriendly. We asked to speak with the manager and she said she was. My wife and I looked at each other and we walked out. Went in the back and it was the groomer of the 2 small dogs, 1she had on the table. I poked my head in the room and told her yelling sctraming at the dog isnt going to calm it down. The dog on the big bed was so upset by his buddy getting yelled at he was upset. The groomer told.me to leave amd slammed the door in my face. I asked the clerk at the check out if she heard what was going on and she said she didnt and didnt seem to care and never asked for any info. I went back waited for over 45 minutes and told the owners what happened and they were grateful. They said the tan dog is so sweet and loves everyone but doesnt like its toes touched and the groomer did tell them what i said to her.but didnt mention the yelling and cursing.​ I will try to contact the owners of the pet store as maybe this is a contractor working in their store. Anyway, it was so upsetting to me and the dogs I just had.to say something. Because if you see something and don't say something, you're just as guilty as the perpetrator.

I seen medical supply's thrown away along with towels blankets pillows it's just awful what the animals must have to go through on a daily basis. A rude manager I took the time to fill days for this woman because she supposedly was stressed out from sleeping till 11am not arriving to the clinic till sometimes late afternoon always with a exscuse. my sister was in a accident with my niece I had to rush to her when was fired because the manager Jessica had plans to meet with drinking buddy's that Sunday which was supposed to be my day off became very angry and still never showed up to the shelter that day to help with the poor kittys needing to be removed from feces and given antibiotics for numerous infections going around the shelter. Needless to say I never cared for the job and the way a group of bully's treat their new commers that do half their job to in cleaning properly this is not a wash dry Sanitize it's a spray and move on type shelter leading it to various infections.
