Our hotel provided the information brochure. Made a phone call and they were kind enough to book us for the same day appointment. Drop off starts from 7:30AM - 11AM. Pick up is before 7PM. Proof of vaccination is required to board your pet and cash payment of $30-40 per day. Frances who greeted us at the door was absolutely wonderful. He made it easy for us to leave our dog with him and enjoy the day. Tamara who was there for the evening shift was pretty awesome. There were few dogs and 2 cats already but, most of them were pretty calm and friendly. There were several separated areas for pets to sleep in. Ample space for visiting pets to be playful and stay comfortable. Will be sure to visit again if we travel with a pet in the future.

I initially decided to give them a try out of convenience but I can assure you I have rebooked Jessica for boarding over and over again with no hesitation. She provides excellent care for both of my dogs in the warmth and comfort of her own home and leaves me with no doubts whenever they are in her care. You can tell she genuinely has a heart for animals and is very approachable. She happily listens to any requests, quirks, or concerns and has always been more than flexible upon drop off and pick up.
