About a week and a half ago my mother broke her fibula and ankle, sweeping her off her feet for at least 2 months. I contacted Calia after 5pm on a Saturday and before my mother was even discharged, Cali was able to rework my walks and help get my mothers dogs (new clients) on the schedule for walks and check ins. She brought a sense of calm to a very hectic situation; I was incredibly grateful for that. We will be furever part of the Tails n Trails family.

Not expecting my dog to be groomed in 1 hour, I did not look at my phone. I had 10 missed calls and done pretty strongly worded voicemail from a young employee. When I called them several minutes later, the girl gave me a major attitude stating my appointment was only an hour long and that my dog was holding up the intake of other dogs coming in for grooming. If my appointment was only an hour long, why would the manager tell me to give her 3 hours? Needless to say, the younger girl's lack of customer service and poor attitude prompted me to find a more professional grooming atmosphere. I'll never go back there, and I tell everyone I know about my bad experience there!
