It's good to know that if you buy $30 underwear wash them once per instruction & they fall apart that they won't do anything for you. Every time I go to Doghouse there are two people behind the counter and neither of them can be bothered to answer questions. There is no real selection of toys. The only size toys they stock are too-small and too-big. The lube selection changes dramatically every time I visit. I can't find old favorites any longer, and the surviving brands are substantially cheaper online. I wish the help were more sensitive to adults who don't role play as animals. Noting first of all that this place sells poppers in open display at the front counter. Pretty sure that's not legal. I am writing this as a warning to anyone who is as prone to stupidity as I am - not to go in this place with any assumption that the stuff they carry is quality or that they give two shits about their customers, much less the gay community they are supposedly catering to or apart of. I bought, for 190$, a cheaply made (as in, scam-level cheap) chastity device. I came here under the assumption that unlike buying this sort of thing online, that this place w its reputation would be trustworthy. The guys working there even said to me at the beginning that they weren't knowledgeable about the chastity devices , that should have been the first warning sign! But anyways, having compared several of the devices, I convinced myself that this wasnt something to cheap out on - that buying the pricier one would mean buying one of reasonably high quality. My other major mistake was in not having scrutinized it really closely. It is made out of the cheapest plastic imaginable -- even though it looks just like metal on the outside. I can't remember ever having been this ripped off anywhere. On the one hand, I have only myself to blame. At the same time, whatever MINIMAL DUTY OF CARE this place has to its customers is not something they are concerned with if they carry the sort of trash they sold me. So consider this a word to the wise, or at least, to anyone else foolish enough to think that dropping some cash for a supposedly quality product at this supposedly reputable sex shop -- to be super aware that this place is just like any other, they are as keen to rip you off as any other. Learned my admittedly pathetic little lesson which is to do solid research online for buying this sort of thing and then buying it online. Zero tears when the cumulative effect of online shopping puts places like this one out of business. read more

We had noticed a few queenly comments made about previous customers as we were hanging out. We got word later that evening that they thought we were trying to hit on them and take them with us as well. Well I got news for the staff there.. we were not! And plus the one who throws the first flogger is the one hitting on someone. As far as their quality and pricing.. It's not bad but You can sure get better quality things on line as well.
