Really disappointed. I have a smaller chest and not much experience with lingerie so I was looking for some guidance. The person told me I was a different size than I was used to, and when I expressed concern she insisted and I ended up getting the bra. Unsurprisingly, the bra starts hurting after about 30 min of wearing it. It's so uncomfortable that it bruised and makes indentations in my skin. Can't return it, so now I'm just really disappointed after spending so much money on something. Definitely won't go here again, it's too pricey for me to possibly get another uncomfortable item. read more

I walked in the store to buy two bras and there were several people standing around the counter more interested in their chit-chatting than providing assistance. I continued to peruse items, they continued to chit-chat - I left. The conversation had nothing to do with the store or it's items, it appeared to be friends gathering in conversation who were more interested in each other, than providing service. I love Zovo. This is my second time shopping there and I had another fantastic experience. The lady who helped me was fun and made my time easy. The shop has bras, IN MY SIZE (I'm a busty gal), ready to go. And not only does this shop carry cup sizes in i, j, k and up, they are actually attractive. The shop people who have helped me are knowledgeable and truly seem passionate about what they do. They spend as much time as necessary to find a proper fit and educate their customer on how to fit their bras. I will never buy bras from anywhere else. And for all the bigger cup size ladies in Seattle, this place will change your life! The only thing to keep in mind, the bras aren't cheap. You get an amazing product, that's well made and lasts a long time. And you pay for it. Just something to know walking into the store. You will probably spend 60-90 dollars on a bra. Zovo Lingerie still gets 5 stars from me. Us hard-to-fit ladies often find bra-buying a frustrating and miserable experience, but not at Zovo! The staff is knowlegable and very patient, which is great when you have to try on dozens of styles and sizes. (It's surprising how many different styles and sizes they can keep in such a small shop!) As it turns out, they didn't have my size in the brand/style I needed, but I ordered them and will have them mailed directly to my home. I'm not in a hurry to get them, so this is a perfectly acceptable solution. (Incidentally, in the past, I've simply called them and ordered my bras from them over the phone -- very convenient!) If you've never been properly measured and fitted for a bra, let me urge you to do it! It will transform your figure, your clothes will fit better, you'll look taller and slimmer, and you'll feel more comfortable. And you'll no longer be constantly be tugging, adjusting and fidgeting with your bra and straps anymore. If you're going to do this, I recommend you have it done at Zovo. read more

I REALLY wanted to like this store. I truly, honestly did. As someone who has gained weight in the last year into a new bra size (38I ish), and is struggling with low self esteem, I was extremely excited to see a small local business who offered the range of sizes and styles that I need. Although I initially enjoyed my experience there, the more I thought about it afterwards, the worse I have come to feel. At no point was a tape measure taken to me; "fitting" was done only by having me try on different bras. At NO point was I asked what I was looking for -- instead, the owner Victoria used me as her dress up doll and gave me bras she wanted to see me wear. She did manage to get me to buy a bra I was iffy about, so I suppose I should compliment her sales abilities. The real letdown has come in the aftercare. While these bras felt good in the store, they've proven themselves unwearable. When I sit down, the underwire pokes my arm in a way that makes it go numb. The most I have been able to stand at work is 20 minutes, at which point I had to go change into my gym sports bra (ew). I called the store to ask about their return policy, explaining that I was allowed to walk out of the store with $270 of unwearable clothing. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind. When the girl on the phone offered to let me come back in to have the bras looked at, I asked if I would be granted any compensation if it was found that these bras are actually incorrectly sized. She curtly informed me that these items would still be final sale. The reason? "We don't want the bras you buy to have been previously worn." While this is an obvious thought for a store, it tells me that their business model does not have any flexibility for mark outs or any other non-saleable inventory. HORRIBLE service. My friend and I entered, drawn in by the plus size model on the poster in the window, hoping to find something that would fit. An older woman with black hair degraded us, made us feel like we shouldn't be shopping at the store--it felt elitist and insulting. She repeatedly opened the curtains when we were changing despite being told that we didn't need any help and gossiped with her friends instead of helping us. The bras didn't go past E and they couldn't provide us with anything bigger. She kept telling us we didn't know our sizes and belittling us like we didn't know our own bodies. Wow! I hadn't ventured into Zovo before because I was POSITIVE that the gitch (not to be confused with gooch) they sell there are very, very expensive. Fact: their prices on moderate and high end lingerie are right on par with everyone else's and I'd rather shop in this little independent boutique than a big chain... so there you have it. They've got an amazing sale right now. And when I say sale, I mean S A L E. I saw bras in here that were upwards of $60 and $70 for $10-25. For reals. And cute too! I didn't have time to shop, nor did I have the patience last night either... but when I'm searchin' for underoos, this looks like the place to do it. Oh, and also... if you make your way to the back, they have some candles, perfume, scent diffusers, and several big girl items in various colors that make buzzing noises when you turn them on. Ya got me? The staff is nice and the space is elegant. Add in the fact that they're independent. Epic Underpant Win. read more

Ooohh wow! What a wonderful store! I have a freakishly weird bra size--normal strap size but with giganto cup--really hard for me to find bras, especially attractive ones. Enter Nordstrom. Um, no. The gals at Nordstrom are so hungry for commission and sales targets, they will fit you in whatever they happen to have in stock (which in my size isn't much, and always ends up costing a fortune). Disgruntled by the corporate Nordstrom-mill, I strolled into Zovo with my husband. Not only was my husband not relegated to wandering awkwardly about the store, the sales girl invited him into the fitting room... Score! He got to be an active participant in the bra-buying process, thus majorly increasing the breadth of my beautiful bra haul. The sales girl was so attentive, helpful, cheerful, and positive. What a great experience. I tried on at least a dozen amazing bras (they really make beautiful bras in my crazy size!?!), and she fit me perfectly in every one. She wanted to see each one of them on so she could make sure I had a proper fit. She was running around nonstop helping me and other shoppers get perfect bras--obviously really cared about the customers--AND, when I inquired, she told us she doesn't work on commission. Seriously? She actually just cares and has integrity about what she is doing. I've never, ever had a bra-shopping experience like this. I will SO be back, and will be bringing my friends as well! btw, I noticed they have all sizes, not just my oddball one. Seriously, go there. Support this small business! read more

I've had a bra fitting before and I knew my bra size. At Victoria's Secret, that is. When I went in Zovo's, I initially turned down their offer for a fitting but changed my mind after browsing around the store a little bit and realizing their range of sizes was unlike anything I was familiar with. I'm so glad I did! As the girl helping me mentioned, chain stores like VS try to fit as many women as possible into as few sizes as possible to facilitate their mass production. It's good for them, but bad for us. Independent local shops like Zovo's are able to buy bras (and all other types of lingerie) from a variety of designers and there are so many options to fit all different body types and sizes. I discovered that the best fit for my body is a full cup size larger than I had been wearing and it's a size that I can't find a discount stores or chains like VS. Aside from their sizing variety, they have a great variety of styles to fit most preferences (I noticed lots of options including retro/vintage styles, cutesy, funky, classy, sultry and many more). I know the styles my husband and I both like, but was able to find something that was really unique and beautiful that fit our style. Plus, it was 50% off. Even with the discount, it was probably the most I have ever spent on a bra, but just barely. I only point this out to say that you almost definitely will shell out a bit more moolah here than chain or discount stores. However, they do have some simple, less expensive options as well. The pricing scale is a wide range. In addition, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They checked on me constantly and kept bringing me things to try on so I didn't have to keep getting dressed and leaving the dressing room. It was really nice. Their customer service was really above and beyond and I will definitely be going back in the future. Zovo is great, unique and LOCAL. Can't beat that. read more

My larger-boobed friends have always raved about this place because evidently it carries a HUGE range of sizes. I'm a pretty typical size so I'm privileged in that respect, but I still loved Zovo. I wasn't sure that I would, having just visited and been spoiled by Bellefleur, but the experiences were entirely different and both very nice. My favorite thing about Zovo is that they had a gigantic sale section when I visited! HUGE! And there were tons of bras AND panties in my size. Score! I tried on a lot of 'em and loved many, but ended up restraining myself and choosing just one bra and about five pairs of nice underwear. At first I wasn't impressed with the only person on staff that evening, a saleswoman who seemed out of her depth - sort of shy, soft-spoken and awkward. But I was so wrong. She was sweet and intuitive, and paid attention to the bras I seemed to like and offered her help whenever I couldn't find my size (a lot of their stock is in drawers). I only asked for one thing, which was a pair of fancy underwear to match a bra I'd recently bought. She didn't come back to me after she went to look for it, so I assumed she hadn't found it and that she had gotten distracted by other customers. I wasn't impressed but I wasn't bothered - but then I went to my fitting room, AND THERE IT WAS. THE PERFECT PAIR OF UNDERWEAR IN THE PERFECT SIZE. I'm so sorry I misjudged you, helpful, darling saleswoman! I spent a small fortune on lingerie, including the loveliest pair of underwear in the land, and went home very satisfied. read more

Today's visit to Zovo was a true example of serendipity - or in my case, proof that there is a god who watches over idiots who forget their jackets and take the wrong bus to the doctor's office. I was backtracking toward my ultimate destination, shivering my way through the U Village complex when I happened to notice Zovo was advertising a sale. Given that my best underwire recently gave up the ghost (while I was wearing it, ouch!), I decided to pop inside. Boy, was I glad I did. I'd been meaning to check out Zovo since I first saw it reviewed in the Seattle Times, but the size of the place (not to mention its boutique atmosphere) had always scared me away. I haven't been under a DD cup since I was fourteen, so I'm used to the sticker shock associated with a small band and large cup size. I can find my unusual size at Nordstrom, but never under $80 and never in anything that doesn't look like an ox yoke. Zovo not only carried several "fun" and supportive pieces in my size (lace? polka dots?), but their regular prices were amazing! Even if I hadn't been taking advantage of 40-50% off, I wouldn't have spent over $60 a bra. (Believe me, when you're busty, this is a revelation.) Furthermore, I was impressed with the types of bras the friendly associate was able to pick for me. I scored a low cut corset-boned demi that will solve all my plunging neckline woes, as well as that most elusive of beasties: an amazing fitted sports bra that both minimizes motion and makes my rack look fab! They didn't have the demi in black -- an unfortunate thing, as I'm sorely in need of a new black bra -- but I was able to put my name on a waitlist for when the black becomes available. I can see where that might frustrate a girl who is accustomed to picking bras off the rack, but in that case, why are you shopping at a specialty store? ;) read more

Oh my god. You must go here. This is the best place to get bras. Everyone I know can find a bra in their size here, which is quite the accomplishment. If it's your first visit, get a sizing. It could change your life, or at least dramatically increase your self esteem. In my experience, the staff are well-trained and have been able to help me find a range of things that fit in US and UK sizes. Before I found Zovo, I did all my bra shopping at Nordstrom's. Of course Nordy's has a bigger selection, but Zovo's atmosphere and location win hands down. Staff are very friendly and can email you if a certain style/size becomes available. Prices are high, but if you have a hard to find bra size, then you are used to that. They have sales, and I've found some great bras and panties here on sale. It's an easy place to splurge. read more

I snapped the underwire of my old bra, and went here in a state of internal turmoil to replace it. I'm a 38G, and although the one lady working here was very helpful, they basically had only 3 bras in my size. That's better than Macy's, but for a store that's touted to have such great selection, I was disappointed. I walked out with the only one that fit (which they only had in red!), to the tune of $146 (I found the exact same bra online for $20 less). Wore it for one day and already the strap was falling off, the top of the cup digging into my breasts, etc. I'd return the bra, but they only do store credit for returns, and since they only have one bra that fits me and it quits after a day....I guess I'll just wear this one and regret wasting so much money on yet another bad bra! (if anyone else is in my position, I was just told about HerRoom.com, which has a lot more reasonable prices- I've placed an order for 5 bras there, for a total of $280, and we'll see which fit) read more

I have a difficult to find size and they promised to have it in stock. I was initially put off by the young, tiny things who were helping (I'm only 26 but prefer the less energetic, more understanding crowd when I'm bra shopping). I asked to see what they had available in roughly my size. I was led back to a curtained fitting room. She starting bringing in bras and said she would be back in to check once I had my first bra on. She came in as she announced herself before I had my bra on. Now, I've been there before, caught in that awkward moment when you're trying to get the bra on and someone walks and fine, but I prefer saleswomen let me know they are coming in first. Especially when the curtain opens straight into the hallway. I don't want everyone seeing me like that. This happened multiple times. She also tried to get me in a bra that was too small for me multiple times. On the plus side, they did have a fantastic selection in my size. A lot of cute, fun, sexy bras which are 3 words I never use! I finally found one that was a combination of the above with a great, comfortable fit and I thought this was too good to be true. Ping! The strap broke as soon as I had the snaps together. I was heartbroken, but glad this happened in the store before I dished out $96. The girl was pretty apathetic and that was the only bra in that style and size. I did purchase another, not as perfect bra that works, but I don't think I'll come back soon. Obligatory 4 stars for being the only store (AFAIK) in the Seattle area with such a wide range of sizes. From what I saw, they also have quite a large variety of cuts and designs, but unfortunately, they were kind of lacking in basics and molded cups for larger cup sizes during my visit. Everything was lace, or mesh with designs on it, or some wild color, all of which would show through a few too many of my shirts. Don't get me wrong - I have a few of those - but I happened to be looking for an every day bra at the time. The part that left me a little bit unsatisfied, though, was the fitting experience. I know that most people are accustomed to the VS method - take a measuring tape, put it around you, declare a size, and then hope you are satisfied enough in whatever they bring you to buy something. However, my experience at specialty bra boutiques in the past has been a little different - it's more of a dialogue. The fitter would look at your bra, or one of the bras you try on, identify problems, and bring you other bras in either a different size or a different style. My experience at Zovo was closer to the former. I actually felt extremely guilty when I left because the shop assistant had brought me so many bras, and none of them were working. I later learned that this was (partially) because were were miscommunicating about sizes....but regardless, it's a huge waste of both of our times to bring a customer every single bra you have in every size near what you've measured her as. A bit of troubleshooting mixed in with the trial and error would have gone a long way. As for the miscommunication, I should note that the staff at Zovo uses US sizing, while I (and many large-busted ladies) am more familiar with UK sizing. US sizing after DD cups is wildly inconsistent (for example, a UK FF cup is called either G, H, or J in US sizing, depending on bra maker and retailer). I should have mentioned this when I walked into the store, but I've never had to worry about it at other bra boutiques or even Nordstrom, so I didn't think about the possibility for confusion. Therefore, there was a lot of confusion on my part when I didn't fit into cup sizes I was pretty sure would be too big for me, and when I brought home a 30F (UK) bra that had been sold to me as 30G in the store. Silly me for not checking labels! But fair warning to other DD+ ladies who are used to buying online - check your labels! While I'm really glad this business exists, it's out of the way for me for what was (in my case) only an average shopping experience. If I do return here, I think I'll politely decline help and find my size by myself. Until then, it's back to online ordering for me! read more

My husband went in a day or two before X-mas (2015) without me and ONLY purchased something for me because the salesperson told him "Yeah, return, no problem".  On X-mas day, I unwrapped the box, saw Zovo Lingerie, got excited, opened the box, and looked at the items. I didn't even touch them.  So we went in before it's 7 days from the purchase for an exchange or a return. I looked desperately for something to exchange 'cause, of course, I do want a X-mas present in this category. However, they're all just not my style. Not fun, exciting... I tried on a couple, didn't work. Some didn't have my size in store... So return it is!  And ONLY until then we learn that our $250 purchase is NO REFUND whatsoever, and only store credit.... It was first day of New Year, I didn't want to explode... But the salesperson did nothing but pointed us to little 5x6 signs they have on the counter says "Sales item are final..." (Is sales item the one with 40% off sign ONLY or the ENTIRE store?). She threw out a couple sorries, and processed the store credit and said out loud "PERFECT!"... (I was thinking..."Are you mocking us?"). The next day, my husband went in to talk to the manager telling her: (1) He wasn't told by the salesperson that the ENTIRE store is returnable but for store credit ONLY.  (2) This really ruined X-mas present spirit.  (3) We don't want to pay this much and feel like we're being robbed. So she could tell him that they've been doing this for 10 years, and the policy is the store owner's policy... Uhm, if you've been doing it for 10 years, (1) wouldn't your salesperson be better trained, especially about this policy? (2) wouldn't you, yourself, be better trained to handle situations like this rather telling me nonsense excuses?  She asked my husband then to ask me to send her examples of what I'd like so she'll get it for me... Uhm, I don't pay higher prices to shop like this.  It's totally not worth my money. I pay higher prices at Nordstrom for the customer service. I don't understand what I'm paying for here...  I think they can just eat that $250 so I can save myself from some more headache. read more

Zovo has a lovely selection of lingerie, vibrators, sale panties and more, but the service and management are completely horrible. The sales staff are typically young university students who are not adequately trained and don't know how to do a proper bra fitting. There is no such thing as a standard bra size for any one person. Moreover, their lack of return policy is off-putting. I am not clear as to why a store wouldn't allow a return on unused/unworn merchandise if it was a gift and doesn't fit (or if they don't have an alternative size in stock). I have been very disappointed each time I visit and will shop at other local lingerie stories in the future. read more

I've dropped by Zovo several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The assistants there are always respectful and love to help! I went in for a special "surprise!" item I can wear that isn't the usual bra/panties, and found not one but two outfits that were both on sale and fit wonderfully! I hate going someplace like Victoria's Secret and finding items that would only fit mannequins, don't last long, and are so boring for the price. Zovo is a good place for those looking for something new. You can tell that everything in store is made with care. I also love that they have toys/lube/etc in the back! Nothing in this store is kinky or dirty; just fun and flirty! The only thing that would make Zovo better would be more variety... They need a bigger store! read more

My friends and I had a bra-fitting day that resulted in some....big surprises for a couple of us. Fortunately, Zovo carries beautiful bras in all sorts of sizes, so we all went home with a bit more pep in our step (and a few dollars less in our bank accounts!) The service was fantastic -- when I decided to go back about a week later and pick up a matching panty for the bra I initially purchased, I just emailed the shop and they put it on hold for me. I love that they put a little bag of lavender in with each purchase -- it's nice to open the bag and have that little bit of aromatherapy. read more

The staff here is great and really helpful, but I was really bummed out the other day when I tried to return a bra and panty set (bra dug into me when worn for more than 5 minutes, and panties came with, but I'll never wear them). I was one day over their one-week return policy, and both items were quite expensive. I recommend going to them for sizing--all the other reviews here rave quite accurately about how helpful they are for finding your ideal size and dispelling your mistaken ideas about what size you wear. But I've struggled to find things I really like there, and I can buy an uncomfortable bra anywhere. I've been doing it for years. Except at other stores I can take back things if it turns out they don't fit very well. read more

Awesome customer service. I tried on so many bras and it was great to just have them come back without me having to dig through. I could describe things I liked/disliked and they would accommodate me. I took away a star just because I wish the prices were a little lower, especially with people struggling so much. I was looking for everyday bras and there were some, but mostly ones for more "special" occasions. I didn't end up buying any, but that doesn't mean I won't in the future. It's just for the time being I needed to save a little money and found a better deal somewhere else. However, the selection here is great. Wow. I've visited Seattle for work few times in the last few months and every time I find something that absolutely makes me want to move here for life. My trip to Zovo was life-changing! I wanted something special for my boyfriend's birthday-- a little gift wrap if you will-- and not only did Molly and Meghan go out of their way to make sure I found what I needed, but they gave honest and concise feedback as to how I can make the most of their incredibly well-made lingerie. When they didn't have the size I needed in the panty to match my new Simone Perele bra, Meghan went out of her way to send me a link to figleaves.co.uk to make sure I got the item in time for my special occasion. Not only did I walk out with an absolutely exquisite bra, but I found a great little shop that I'm excited to return to once I hit Seattle again. Just a NB: their in-store line is nice, but save up for some of their nicer brands. Simone Perele isn't cheap-- it's high end French and very fancy-- but if you're looking for something really special, it's completely worth it. Just don't be shocked if you drop over $100 for an exquisite piece of lingerie-- and that's just the bra. :) read more

My husband and I went in here today with our 2 children in a stroller. The lady working here was not welcoming to them at all. I would understand if the store was packed, but absolutely no one else was there. She told my husband he should take the kids to the park, because it would take me a long time for a fitting (which I did not want) apparently if you want to shop here you have to be fitted? Five bras fitted to me in under an hour. For $375. Praise god. In the DD+ sizes, I'm often consigned to shopping online, a risky business when trying to find a small item to do all that rigging and not dig in to your shoulder bits or torso bits any place strange. The shop attendant C.C. fitted every single bra for me (including advice on straps and gently curbing my enthusiasm on a bra whose fabric I liked but which really didn't fit me). We found success in a couple sultry but supportive longlines, two pastel cup cake-y retro Wacoal bras that are so cute I could smack myself and a natural fiber modal bra. Or, rather, she found them for me and I was amazed that they worked -- I would never have selected such a variety on my own. I went in knowing my size but still had my mind opened about styles and fabrics. I've been putting this off for a long time and it was actually a pleasure. I will be back - Zovo is pleasantly not a typical mall store at all. You won't find Huit, Elomi or Jimmyjane at Nordstrom. read more

Worst costumer service! They didn't care that my undergarment was defunct and refused to exchange. I completely understand they have a strict return policy - but this item broke. I feel that transcends normal return policy and should be addressed/replaced. ANY OTHER business would be jumping to fix this problem. I sent an email to the owner/manager - and heard nothing back. The email on the website is wrong so I even called and got the correct one. They don't care. Went in there twice to try and exchange and even had the new employee call the owner, who said NO EXCHANGES. This is on a product they sell that broke. I bought a wedding bustier for my WEDDING. WEDDING! It frayed and broke at the strap loops after wearing it for two hours on a trial run. Imagine if this had happened at my wedding. They cared not. All I want is an exchange. This is a product I tried-on and was assured fit me well. No one at this store cares and customer service is a joke - GO TO NORDSTROM! GO TO MACY's! Hell, go to Fred Meyer. David's Bridal has the exact same wedding garment for $40 less. I made a huge mistake going here - BRIDES BEWARE. Victoria's Bridal sent me here. I had a great experience thanks to Kristen who really took the time to not only do my first-ever bra fitting, but to really explain what I should look for in a bra and what to expect from a good fit. I've been wearing the wrong bra size for basically my whole adult life! My two bras from Zovo make my silhouette look so much better. The shop was also very clear about the no returns policy so I'm not sure why so many reviewers here were surprised by that aspect. The two bras I purchased were on the pricey side, so I'll definitely be heading back there next time they have a sale. read more

I really don't like writing bad reviews - especially about small boutiques who are trying to offer something different than the department store experience - but I will never shop at Zovo again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I went in looking specifically for a flesh toned demi with lift and they clearly didn't have one. Instead of just letting me know they didn't have one in stock and that I should come back at a different date, I got the hard sell on a bra I wasn't keen on. I was so desperate for a new bra that I ended up giving in and purchasing it (my weakness, I know). Not only did the bra give me flat pancake boobs (opposite of what I was looking for), it literally left me with welts around my neck and under my arms after a long day of work. Staff was pushy, size was wrong, the bra literally left a scar on my neck. I really wanted Zovo to work out for me. I will be going back to Nordstrom. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought 3 bras here which I spent almost over 200 dollars on. They are so terribly itchy that you cannot wear them for more than 20 minutes. I went to return them, 2 of which I had never worn and I'm told they do not accept returns and all sales are final. This was never discussed or noted anywhere in their sales room. Be very wary of their return policy. No one said a thing to me about it when I bought 2 bras. I was "fitted" for a bra and even thought the band seemed a little snug, I figured the custom fitter knew what she was doing so I bought it and ordered a second bra. Within 2 hours, the bra band was so painful, I had to take it off. The very next day, I went back to return the painful bra and cancel the order for the 2nd one. I was told, they have a no return policy once the bra "has left the store". (I've always been able to return bras to department stores.) I was also told I could not get a refund for the order for the 2nd bra but could only get store credit. This was the very next day and it hadn't even posted on my credit card yet. I am now out $320 for bras I can't wear. I will never set foot in this place again. Addendum: I went to Nordstrom where I was professionally fitted for a bra by a very competent and understanding salesperson. Nordstrom carries most of the brands Zovo carries AND I can return a bra if it is not comfortable. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the one employee I had the displeasure of meeting was pushy the entire time, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and they have a policy where they are in the changing room with you when you are trying on an arrangement of bras. I do not recommend this place at all. Please don't go here. You'll thank me in the long run. read more

At first I was hesitant to try a lingerie shop in the University Village, but I'm glad that I did. The customer service here is excellent and they carry a serious RANGE of sizes. I'm a 36G and the manager, Molly, was able to find almost 12 bras in my size. They had sizes up into the 44's - though in more everyday wear styles. The fitting rooms are lux and private yet the staff checks on you frequently to find out if you need help or more options. They carry Freya which is a brand that fits larger chested girls with more lace than the average and a great price point. The PJ's were incredibly soft - the sort of stuff that makes it impossible to get dressed on a Sunday. When they couldn't find what I wanted, they were quick to take down my email address and emailed me promptly when they did find it. Overall, this is a great place to shop if you know what you want. read more

Went into Zovo just the other day and had an amazing experience! Not only did i fall in love with the aesthetics of the spanish style inspired color themes and displays, i was able to finally find the right bras for my uncommon size and preferences when it comes to lingerie. The customer service was spot on with sizing and genuine customer service, especially from the store manager Meghan who really knows her stuff... i walked out with three new bras i know i will last- a great t shirt bra with convertible straps, a delicate yet durable lace bra for night outs and also the most comfortable strapless ive ever worn! i would reccomend Zovo to anyone looking for a great bra- sexy night looks for their loved one and the best apothecary product! i am excited for my next trip to zovo! read more

So this is not my favorite lingerie store for the really high end stuff, but I frequent this store more for their hard to find lines and their INCREDIBLE customer service. Not only can you find french corsets, but also skull rings with precious gems for eyes (yes I have one and his name is Bob). I love Simon Perele and Aubaude and they carry both lines. I also love their British pajamas that are made out of some of the best Egyptian linen and cotton money can buy. They have Wolford leggings and tights, and if you check out the bargain bins in the back sometimes you can find the best deals! Also, make sure to sign up for their e-mail/mailing list because then you get invited for various events where the booze and snacks abound, not to mention you can drag sig others or friends along to make your shopping binges somehow ok. read more

My experiences buying lingerie have always been a little underwhelming, but I'm pretty sure Zovo just changed my life, no exaggerating. Usually when getting fitted, a tape measure is unceremoniously stuck around me, my size is pronounced, and I am sent on my way past the racks of cute bras for girls with smaller racks over to the utilitarian (i.e. as non-sexy as it gets) stuff. I sigh over my fate and wonder where the porn stars find their adorned brassieres. I've lost a little weight recently and decided I would take a hopeful try at a re-measure, so I turned to Yelp for some guidance. You girls did not steer me and my girls wrong! Molly at Zovo is amazing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable, and instead of telling me my "size", she pulled several things off the rack and helped me with the best fit on each one. I've been totally misinformed until now. I ended up with 4 differently sized but perfectly fitting pieces, and they're actually all adorable. I am saved from what I feared was my Playtex 18-hour fate! Yes, the stuff in Zovo is a bit pricey, but they only seem to carry things that are really well-made and meant to last. The service is second to none, and the shop itself is adorable. I'm pretty sure that Molly could find the perfect bra to fit anyone - they have a huge range of sizes. I'd rather spend my money here on one good piece and know that I got the perfect thing than dig through the semi-annual sales bins at Vicky's ever again. read more

I've been in the market for some good-quality, cute bras. A friend suggested Zovo, so I stopped by to check it out. I walked in and was greeted. The associate asked if I was interested in getting sized to which I said yes. She said she was not able to do that, but her assistant manager would be back in about 10 minutes. I had some other shopping to do so I let her know I'd come back at that time. When I came back by there was a sign on the locked door that said be back soon. I came back AGAIN and finally someone was able to size me. The sizing experience was great, as she explained how a proper size would fit and what to look for. Sooooo, why one star? They had no bras in my size (34H), which she said was one of their most popular sizes. What's the point of knowing your size if you can't buy anything in it? I find it unacceptable that a store that advertises to have all sizes had none of mine (and no idea of when they would either, was told maybe 3-4 weeks). To make matters even worse, I stopped by their Bellevue Square location a couple days later. Only 1 34H bra available there. No option but to shop elsewhere. What a waste of a store. read more

The store is ok, selection is pretty subpar, but that's not even the problem. The black haired woman who works in the store is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I don't know how a person who is supposed to help you buy their goods can be so horrible. I grabbed one one-piece suit to try on and went to the dressing room. She barged into my dressing room after I barely had the chance to put it on, was super rude, assumed that I am dirty and poor or something because she needed to make sure "it's clean for the next person" and also refused to apologize and just brushed it off like I am upset for no reason. I thought the staff is supposed to be nice to customers, but looks like they don't care. I am not going to spend a penny there anymore. I was so shocked by this treatment that I ended up crying when I left. What kind of store does that to a person? read more
