Update on my previous review.... Shame on me for being so quick to assume he knew what he was…read moretalking about.... If this vet took the time to listen to what I was saying ,the obvious would've come easy and he wouldn't have misdiagnosed my 5 lb yorkie as having Congestive heart failure... I was able to get an appointment the very same day I called, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager named Tammy. Diane quickly brought us into an exam room and offered me a bottle of water. She was so friendly and efficient, and so kind and gentle with Purrcy. Dr. Hart examined him thoroughly and diagnosed an ear infection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined a treatment plan with several options. I never felt pressured to run extra tests or select the priciest option. I was not rushed, and it was obvious that Purrcy's comfort and well-being were a priority. Another vet tech named Jamie stopped into the room to introduce herself and see if I needed anything else. The entire team showed genuine compassion and professionalism. I really liked the re-cap sheet they sent me home with. It stated everything that was done and the medications given in the office. It included clear instructions for at-home care that I could refer to and share with my husband. Thanks to Bushnell Animal Clinic, Purrcy is already on the road to feeling better. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care at a reasonable price.

Teagan wears many hats not only does she groom all types of dogs big and small and also I was amazed that she also home schools her 4 children. as for the children all 4 of them help with cleaning the facility and helps with obedience training. Devin is amazing with his patience and has a tremendous passion for giving 500 percent in his Obedience training he treats every dog like his own and always no matter how long it takes for his pup in training he never gives up he allways walks away with a win. I had bought a Decker rat terrior her name is Sadie I had no idea how strong minded and smart this breed was . I took my Sadie to him for training and he taught me so much more that I had in the past with my other 2 dogs . Also we have taken Sadie to his day classes and boarded her several times. Sadie loves to go and play with the other dogs especially when they have other Decker rat terriors. Thank you and love you guys Jennifer Robert and Sadie Depratter

Luke is an almost 8 year old Golden Retriever that I rescued when he was 2 years old. While I don't…read more know exactly what happened during the first part of his life, it was clear he came with a tremendous amount of fear and insecurity. For the past five years, I poured everything I had into helping him, but there were some things I simply couldn't overcome on my own. Luke wasn't just anxious-he was an extreme anxiety case. He has severe storm and crate anxiety, had broken out of multiple crates and severely injuring himself in the process, and had a bite history. He struggled with strangers, especially men, and I honestly wasn't sure anyone could help him at his age. From day one, Ray approached Luke with incredible patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand Luke - not just apply a one size fits all training program. He learned what motivated Luke and adjusted his training to hit him. The transformation has been incredible. Luke can now calmly settle in a crate, has learned to stay focused on me instead of his surroundings, and is so much more confident around people. Just as importantly, Ray taught me how to better understand Luke's body language and redirect him before he becomes overwhelmed. He didn't just train my dog, he taught me how to help him succeed. I was terrified to send Luke to board and train. I was worried he would bite Ray (he definitely tried a few times), shut down, or feel abandoned. Instead, Ray kept me updated, showed incredible patience, and never gave up on him. The biggest testament to Ray's work is their relationship. Luke has always struggled with men, but now he gets excited every time he sees Ray. The first time I dropped him off to board after training, he happily walked right inside with Ray and didn't even look back at me. That moment meant everything. Ray makes training fun, and the dogs genuinely love him. Beyond the training, Ray has given me something priceless: peace of mind. For years, I avoided vacations and taking any time away because I never trusted anyone to keep Luke safe. Now I finally have someone I trust completely. I met with several trainers before finding Ray, but something never felt right until I met him. If you have a dog with anxiety, fear, or behavior challenges, don't give up. Ray is patient, compassionate, and truly trains the dog in front of him, not the dog he wishes he had. Thank you Ray, for believing in Luke and teaching me how to be a better owner to him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ray and the incredible job he did with Jimmi…read more Jimmi spent approximately two weeks with Ray, and my goal was to have a confident, well-mannered service dog who could go anywhere with me, accompany me in my everyday life, and eventually be able to fly with me. I've only had Jimmi home for a few days, but I'm already amazed at the difference. We've been out to multiple places together, and I've learned so much about my dog and how to communicate with him. Honestly, I never really knew who Jimmi was or what he was capable of before working with Ray. Ray is truly a dog whisperer. What I love most is that he didn't just train Jimmi -- he taught me. The extra time, knowledge, and guidance Ray gave me, especially during our windshield time, has been invaluable. I now have a much better understanding of Jimmi and how to continue reinforcing everything he learned. Now it's up to us to continue with the daily habits, consistency, and positive reinforcement so these lessons become part of our everyday life. I will continue working with Ray periodically through his board-and-train program for refresher training to keep Jimmi sharp and continue building on the foundation Ray has given us. I highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for someone who genuinely understands dogs and knows how to bring out their best. Thank you, Ray, for helping me discover the amazing dog I already had.
