The staff at Doggstown are the greatest. From the minute I walk in the door with Jaxx he runs up to the staff and gets loved up! He is almost as happy to see them as he is when He sees me. He comes home exhausted from playing all day. They look out for him and all their dogs and gives me a report each day how he was. They keep the place so clean. I have never been happier with the care of my fur baby! I have referred many people to them because how happy we are. 1st and last visit, the young kids who watch them walk around DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM, just pick up poop. Adam says they had so many dogs that day, well then do not take in more than you can chew. My dog went in for daycare and had about 2 hours of daycare and left in a kennel which I told them if she is going to be in a kennel all day call and I will get her she is deathly afraid of kennels. When I picked her up she was sad, did not want to eat and scared. I watched the cameras as much as I could but there is I am sure, a lot behind the scenes. Hire people who truly care about animals not their phones. That should be a requirement when it comes to employees, no phones while working. A small girl was with 10-15 dogs leaning on the fence checking her phone and when the dogs get too excited they put them in the kennel the rest of the day. Adam had no words, except, it is a busy time/season, so hire more people, these teens are on their phones and give no attention to the dogs, surprised they have cameras, GET OFF YOUR PHONE, DO YOUR JOB. The staff is very caring here! I traveled for business, and left my senior "special needs" BFF in their care. They took great care of him! Very important: here, the dogs have someone ON-SITE throughout the night! They are not like other centers that lock up and go home at 6 pm, leaving your beloved doggy or kitty alone overnight! The staff here without a doubt love animals and they are always super friendly when you arrive. The staff was VERY loving and caring with the dogs. You can tell they're passionate about their job. The webcam access in the play areas and individual kennels was a nice feature so you can check in and see your dog at all times. I tried to get my dog in the car after she was boarded overnight and she just wanted to go back into the facility, so I guess she loved it! read more

For the most part, I was thrown off by the fact that I didnt actually get to see Ayla for majority of the time. I saw her for maybe an hour or two throughout the day before nap time started then there would be a point in time where I wouldn't see her until the next morning -- that happened everyday she was there. There were a lot of places my dog was without a camera actually being there as promised. Originally, when I called to book her for the week, I was told there wasn't going to be group time with other dogs so she'd just be with the staff. When I dropped her off, a staff member asked me her breed again and told me that because she could "pass" for a labrador mix, that she'd be able to play with other dogs and basically stating that because she doesn't look like her breed, she's able to integrate with other animals saying "we'll just say she's a Lab mix" Also, she came back home pretty sick, full of scabs and what kind of looks like a rash of some sort. When I came to get her, I mainly didn't mention anything because all I wanted was to have my pet and head back home after a long flight so it wasn't on my mind too much to ask about camera issues, breed discrimination, etc. but when she got home, she was gagging, bleeding on her neck, and acting very unlike herself in general. (The photos were the only ones I could get, she also had cuts on her back legs and stomach.) read more

Dogstown University is excellent! They take such good care of my boy. Louie gets so excited when he realizes we are close. I started out using them as a daycare and have also transitioned into sleepovers. I love the fact that they have cameras so I can watch him while he is there. I've taken him to other daycare's in the past and he would hesitate to go in but here he drags me in and forgets I even exist LOL. The staff is excellent and it's obvious that they love the dogs! read more

Wow!! What a amazing experience our dog Jack had. We went away for the weekend and was very hesitant to leave our dog anywhere. From the time we called Dogstown University they put us at ease. My aunt has been bringing her dogs here for YEARS! (Probably since they opened) The people that work here & the people that own the doggy day care are sooo sweet! They don't even have to know you & they treat you like you are apart of their family. My aunt is extremely over protective over her little dogs & she trusts them whole heartedly! Since she trusted them so much, I took the chance and can I say, I LOVED IT. While I was away I got to watch my baby play, eat sleep & just have the time of his life just from my phone. It honestly made me feel so comfortable. My dog also had kidney disease and was on a few medication and on a certain diet and they were completely fine and did everything I instructed them to. Point is, if you are overprotective or your dog can't be home alone because he need medication at certain times, or even you just need a vacation and can't leave your baby home.... DOGSTOWN UNIVERSITY IS THE PLACE. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would they are THAT AWESOME!!! read more

We left our dog here for the first time and we didn't love it. The staff told us they have a nap time between 12-2. He seemed like he had a good time when he was playing (they provide camera feeds) but they put him in to "nap" at 11:40 and didn't let him out until 2:30. I could see him on the feed barking and scratching at the door of the room he was in. I wanted him to play for the day and not be alone for almost 3 hours. My Australian Kelpie is not a very friendly animal, but she loves the staff and her friends who are in day care with her. She considers it a vacation, if we board her there. We've been taking our doggies to dogstown now for over 5 years. Adam and his team have been so wonderful and accommodating. Our first puppy had severe separation anxiety so we would drop him off at doggy daycare in the AM and pick him up after work. The whole team is so amazing and responsive. Just picked up our dog today after a week stay at Dogstown. We've never boarded her (used to live somewhere that a friend could watch her) and our expectations were beyond met. Dogstown does so much to care for your dog. The 24/7 video cameras gave us total peace of mind that we could check on our little one during play time, eating and nap time. Everything is safe (i.e. dogs eat separated so no fighting!) and every time you turn a camera on to watch, you'll see 10+ dogs all co-existing so well. They just play together as if these dogs are best friends. The staff is extra helpful and even called us to let us know our dog had been licking her paws (she's high anxiety even when we leave her at our own house sometimes!). I literally do not know what I'd do without them as our dog has anxiety and did great there for an entire week. Go meet them to see for yourself - it's a top notch run facility with incredible care given to the dogs as if they were their own. FYI - Posted this on another review site. I have used both the day care and the boarding and can with the utmost confidence recommend this service to anyone who is looking!! Jabba LOVES that she can play with other dogs and be outside most of the day. (you do not find this at many other facilities!) The nap time gives them all a chance to wind down and relax so I am glad that is built into the daily routine. The cameras are a GREAT feature to see anytime of the day or night what your dog is up to, especially when you are missing them! It is a comfort to know that at anytime, you can see how your dog is being treated by the staff. The staff is WONDERFUL by the way! You can tell they love what they do and are gentle and respectful to the dogs and they know each dog's personality. If you are concerned about the price, it is worth every penny.....you get probably more than what you are paying for! read more

I have taken my puppy to Dogstown while working in Coral springs. So glad I found this place. My puppy refused to leave or go home. The facility is very clean and the staff was so sweet to my pup. I know my dog is taking care of when he is here and I can always watch him on the camera when I missed him. He loves the staffs and they take great care of him. This is such a great place to bring your pet! My Addy gets so excited when we take her here for the day. The staff is amazing and loving. The facility is immaculate with different areas for the dogs to play in so they never get bored. I have dog walkers that have quoted me half of what they charge here for the day and that is only for a 20 minute walk if you are lucky. So worth it to have your pet looked after and have fun at the same time. They have cameras everywhere so you can download the app and see what your dog is doing at any time. I have always been completely satisfied with the care she receives when she's there and have absolutely nothing negative to say about the owner, management, or staff. Although Emily isn't allowed to play with the other large dogs because she has anxiety and does not get along with dogs in groups; I am assured that she gets plenty of attention and I have had no reason to doubt this. Our dog Zuka has been going to dogstown since he was about 4 months old! Everyone at dogstown treats you and your pet like family! The owner gave us our initial tour when we came and gave us very detailed outline of what the day is like for a dog at dogstown! Zuka loves going there and we couldn't have been happier with their service! The boarding is also excellent there. We will truly miss this place when we move.
