When we started training, it was clear that he had the desire to learn and work, we just had to learn how to help him. Einstein didn't just train our dog, they trained US. Now, we are confident in allowing him out in our backyard without a lead, knowing we have the ability to recall him to the house without him running off. Our young daughter can walk him on his leash without being pulled, and he greets people politely without knocking them down. More so, he is a happier, more confident dog now that he knows his "job".

The tanks glass is covered with stickers so you cannot see into the tanks. The tanks glass only gets cleaned once every two or three months and it's nearly impossible to see through. Contacting the corporate office accomplishes nothing because they only apologize, but do not address the complaint or take any corrective actions! Pet Smart is not serious about earning your business or this would not be allowed to continue. The Brighton, MI store manager has been allowed to completely trash the brand value of Pet Smart and the corporate office could not care less! This has been happening for about a year now, so if the corporate office cared this would have been addressed long ago!

We chose CBW because it is close to where we live, and our decision was affirmed with their strict policies. They make pets get every vaccine that exists and even do a poop sample. Idk if this is standard in michigan, but it made us happy to know that our pets wouldn't be exposed to any illnesses. They also interview every dog before allowing it to stay. I really enjoyed using the web cameras to check in on our pups every now and then. The staff was really nice at check in and check out. We will certainly use CBW again when we go out of town.
