We reserved a "special" extra large premium area so they could be together along with their own bedding and toys. We got home a day early and stopped in to pick them up. They told us to wait out front while they got them but I followed them in anxious to see my "babies" They were in small individual cages well apart from each other, wet, and no bedding or toys. To top it all off, these people had the audacity to try and charge us full price saying that they had only been moved temporarily while their original place was being cleaned. Problem was, I passed by their enclosure I had rented and reserved and there were other dogs in there. Next trip we brought our dogs to Cape Veterinary in Yarmouth.
