No A/C, no steps, no skirting. It took over 4 months to just get the permit to set up the mobile home. He could not get the paperwork correct. The day of inspections there were 3 places that the tie downs were not even connected. I purchased a screen room with the mobile. When he said it would not be installed with the mobile home I told him I wanted my money back. His responce was, you dont have a contract. I will bring it to your property and scatter it all over your yard. I found out after the purchase that he was a prior drug dealer. He runs his business the same way!!!

It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly.
