There are several little small parks that you can use and a beautiful clubhouse that holds various events or can just use to watch TV, play cards,etc. Space rent is $550 which includes water and trash and you are billed for gas and electric. Management is great and a great park to live in, in a beautiful town. Space rent now going up $50 as of 7/2018. Only thing I feel isn't quite fair is a large double wide home being a mobil or manufactured home on a much larger space, pay the same as a very small mobil one tiny space!

She refused us entry into the office and yelled harshly through the door at us, stating she did not have time for us. She provided no information at all. I then waited a day and called her and explained the situation with which she said she had no time for me and she would not speak with me. She hung up the phone. She lacks courtesy, a modicum of professionalism or even just human compassion. There is not a choice to give negative stats or I would do so. I am sure the management team in Reno are not aware of her atrocious behavior. I think something is wrong with her, she is a miserable person. I would never recommend this community ever.

Fortunately, the park manager, Eleanor, was able to explain the reasons for the procedures and regulations that concerned me, and although I did not complete a purchase there in September when I first considered it, I subsequently, and after investigating many of the other senior mobile home parks in the area have decided that it is the best one and is clearly a good investment. I'm looking forward to living there and enjoying the amenities that are offered. I can recommend Rock Creek without reservation to anyone who wants the convenience of living in a well managed mobile home park where management is responsive and helpful.

Elder's is a little Diverse park of people. You have people who go out of their way to be nice and…read morehelpful to one another .Then you have those who have no regards for others personal space. There are some residents who try to make it a nice little park then you have those who move in and trash it . All other Mobile home parks have rules and regulation and managers and owners who enforce them for the good of the residents. There are no rule's like other Mobile Home Parks at Elders. No law and order. No safety rails to grab onto in the since of feeling protected. It has nothing to do with disgruntled people living at Elders it has to do with being real and honest. It's true Elders has no amenities and it is the least expensive mobile home park for those on very low incomes. Residents move in and put up fences within a foot or two of their neighbors mobile home even though the law states three feet or more. Thus also blocking access for the fire department in case of a fire. A few residents have so many vehicles if there was a fire the fire department would not be able to get the fire hose to their mobiles to put out the fire. Elders has some really nice residents and they also have some really mean and hateful ones. Their are a few people who help their neighbors with shopping and housecleaning and yard work and just being neighborly by checking in on one another. Elders also has more then it's share of really mean and hateful residents. Not just busybodies who have nothing better to do but people who are bent on daily harassing and bullying their neighbors most likely because they don't have anything better to do. Most Mobile Home Parks have rules and regulation and very strong Managers and Owners who enforce them. No other park allows residents to put up fences on their neighbors lots within a foot or two of mobile homes. More then two vehicle is not allowed for fire safety. Stealing from neighbors would never be allowed and Bullying and harassing just simply would not be tolerated. Rule's on dogs and Motorcycle in all other Mobile home parks are strictly enforced. Having rules and enforcing them makes not only makes for a Safe place to live but a happy one too.

I can go on and on but I think that might help you to understand a little better that just because some people want a little more privacy than others doesn't make them bad or mean or rude it just means they are trying to not have or share there personal private home life with the world because realistically what people do in or at there own home is there right and also there right if they don't want anyone else to know about it .That's how rumers get started and why next thing you know they are the priority of topic in the community meetings and or gossip and really there is no need for it . Prime example I recently gave up my home life and job and dropped everything to move in with my momma in law because she was diagnosed with cancer for the 4th time and it was spreading very fast to all her major organs if needed I would do it time and time again not because I had to or anyone made me do it. I did it because #1 I loved her so very much and she was so special and precious to her son and I and because I wanted to But more important to her than anything else was she wanted her privacy and didn't want everyone knowing her business sometimes people don't stop and think or stop to consider why the things happen that do. That being said Elders Mobile Home Park Management is not the one to put this un needed blame on. There Job Discriptions may have many different requirements and duties but I'm pretty sure none of them are anywhere near keeping close tabs on everyone's life schedules and personal or private life or family matters behind closed doors. This is the third incident since August of 2021, where the park was in crisis and he was no where to be found, shame on you Monolith for continuing to employ him. In fact, until today, there has been no siting since 12/24/21 and yet Monolith continues to pay a salary to a man who does not show up for the job on a daily basis. While it is not my style to express my views with social media, it has become clear that Monolith has no intention of acting on the concerns, which have been expressed verbally, and in writing for the last year regarding the poor work ethic, lack of skills and the lack of daily/weekly appearances by our maintenance man Clint Staley . You have chosen to ignore our concerns and by doing so, left your park manager and your paying residents stranded with no support, during some of the most difficult times of our residency. Monolith do your job and replace this maintenance man, we need someone present, with some maintenance skills and certainly someone with a little integrity and caring attitude towards this park and its residents.
