Can I give Joe and his team 10 Stars? Bathtub faucet leak in an older mobile home. A very reputable plumbing company in the area, bid on the job, then called to tell me that after discussing they would not be able to do the job. Their recommendation was to re-plumb the whole property. And then, I received a recommendation to call Joe. Leak stopped, faucets replaced, copper pressure fittings, etc. Done! Yes, 10 Stars! I've hired Joe and his crew twice now, once for an interior wall that needed floating, retexturing and painting. The texture matched the surrounding walls perfectly and the cut in lines were straighter than I could imagine! We just had him finish painting the exterior of our new house. It looks great, they had really good feedback on what colors to use, how to paint the one random group of wood shingles that were originally just stained and all discolored. We have received so many compliments from neighbors about how good the house looks! His crew got their quick, they were even able to push our timing up a couple of days, which was nice, and everything was done in 2 days. During the final walkthrough on the second day I notice a part of the wood shingle section was showing the old color a little, I pointed it out and they jumped right on it and had everything wrapped up that evening! We live on a private court and are responsible for seal coating the roadway every few years. We have neglected to do it in a timely manner, but finally started looking for quotes. JSSC wasn't on my list originally (blame Google!), but another company recommended them, since the job was on the smaller side. Joe got back to me quickly, sent over a written estimate, and was very professional from the start. Once the neighbors agreed to move ahead, Joe told us he was backed up for about 2 months, but we were in no hurry. Fortunately, he had a cancellation, and we had the work done this week. All I have to say is WOW! Joe was in constant communication about the progress. Juan and his crew did a great job with clean and prep, and left the court looking great. Joe came back the next day to inspect the job and noticed some staining as a result of some sprinkler runoff. He called a rep from the manufacturer of the product to come take a look. His crew also came back out to touch up the affected areas. The rep was impressed with the quality of the work, and even told me how to tell if it was done incorrectly or if it was watered down too much - neither of which applied to our job. Without a doubt, I would recommend Joe and his team for this kind of work. Some contractors wanted double and triple the price, trying to gouge unsuspecting customers! Don't fall for it. I visited a friend and saw what a great paint job had been done on their home. They recommended Joe to me. I was so impressed, I called Joe and didn't waste time getting other bids. We were not in a hurry to have the job done and, being late in the year, we knew that weather delays could happen. We were given a November 1st time frame but, due to weather, the job started on the 10th. Joe and his wife/office manager, Betty, were great about staying in touch to answer my questions and inform about delays. They worked with me and my crazy time schedules. From start to finish, the job was completed in a week. Joe and his crew were friendly and professional. The work area was always clean and neat. Joe gave some ideas as to our best color match but recommended that I go to the Sherwin Williams store to look over all samples. I did this and would recommend a prospective client to do the same. (In addition, we had to provide paint samples to our park as all paint schemes must be pre-approved by management - something that may have to be done for HOAs as well. Don't overlook this step - it could be a costly mistake.) I stayed with "Greek Villa" but paired it with "Sashay Sand" and "Fine Wine" for an accent door. I couldn't be happier.
