The team leaves the most detailed daily visit updates AND takes the cutest pictures of my cat (always Instagram worthy!). My cat, Tinky, has FIV and I've left her in their care during a few rough patches with her health. They go above and beyond in so many ways. I truly can not recommend Nigel enough! I tend to be very anxious when I am away from my cats, but all communication with him is seamless, prompt and detailed and I didn't worry about a thing while I was away, which is very rare and a welcome change for me! Nigel is amazing! We have a 50 lb. German Shepard, Border Collie mix that can be a little bit of handful and gets overexcited very easily, and Nigel is amazing with him. Our experience started off with Nigel coming over to meet Dewd and conduct a quick but thorough interview to make sure he knew everything about Dewd. the level of professionalism put us at ease right away and we knew we could trust our pup with him 100%. Since Nigel has been walking Dewd he has calmed down a lot and is less anxious, has stopped chewing on the furniture, and is an overall much happier dog, and is so much better all around. Nigel has even brought Dewd some home made treats that he makes himself, tough Dewd how to catch a treat, and has provided the cutest yellow rain coat. Nigel makes sure he is dried off and paws are clean when bringing him back, and provides him with fresh water and his afternoon treat/snack. He also is super understanding and will play with her in our apartment when the weather is really hot. Nigel is the first professional pet sitter I have ever had, and I'm won over. I have three cats. I believe that I have used Nigel 5 or 6 times since December 2017. Prior to the first pet sitting, Nigel came over and completed a thorough intake with me and my cats. When he went to "meet" the cats, he gently put out his hand and let each of them take some sniffs in their own time. He didn't force it. He's let them build trust. Nigel sends detailed updates and WONDERFUL photos after each visits. The photos are gorgeous. Like, pet-portrait level. I love them. When I get home, the house is tidy, mail brought in. No dishes mounded in the sink. Box scooped. Nigel even cleans up after the cats when he gives treats or catnip. The biggest thing, though, is how calm the cats seem when I get home. I've had them a long time and I know them well. They are not desperate to see me. They have been well cared for in my absence. Our cat is very much more of a dog than a cat in that whenever we leave for a long vacation he is very depressed for 1-2 days after we return. Not really sure where to start.. We found Nigel online over a year ago and it was a true blessing. He walked our two dogs, one loves people and the other is terrified. She was a baby at the time and needed a lot of extra encouragement. Nigel was beyond amazing with her. Helping us train her and calm her. He worked so hard and it really helped her and us. He was great with juggling both a large dog and a medium with two very different needs. He sent us a photo everyday and a great overview of there walks (He takes amazing pictures). He is very trust worthy and was great even when one of our pups hurt his foot. He sat with them inside and checked in daily until his foot got better. After 2 rounds of service, I can undoubtedly say the glowing reviews are well-deserved. From his timely response to my initial inquiry to the moment he came by for a Meet and Greet, I was immediately impressed by his clipboard of thorough and relevant questions and his attention to detail. Same goes for the reports and photos he sends upon each visit. He also didn't balk or bat an eye at what I consider a somewhat elaborate feeding routine for my cats and he handled it beautifully.
