Circumstantial evidence would make you wonder if he's punishing me for the review and since my bank approved the fraudulent charges. EDIT 6/20/26: I was offered a refund and given unsolicited financial advice. There was still no accountability and the owner refuses to admit to his mistake or take ownership of the lack of communication. At this point I had already posted my review. So after posting this review, I received a text stating that the previously offered refund would no longer be honored "because of the negative Yelp review" and that the previously offered installment payment arrangement was also being withdrawn. I have attached screenshots so readers can review the communication for themselves. 6/19/26: I became a client earlier this year and had generally been happy with the service until a recent billing issue. I was informed that there were two unpaid invoices on my account. I immediately apologized because I believed I was enrolled in autopay and paid what I understood to be the outstanding balance. Later, I discovered that another past-due invoice and my current month's charge had both been processed on the same day without any warning or communication. The combined charges put my account into the negative and created immediate financial issues for me. I reached out and explained the situation. I asked whether one of the charges could be refunded so I could pay it using a different card. That question was never directly answered. Instead, I received explanations about billing procedures and suggestions to use a credit card for groceries. While I was still trying to resolve the billing issue, I was notified that service had arrived at my property. I responded and explicitly requested cancellation and asked that the provider leave my property. My message was read before the service was performed, yet the service was completed anyway. The most disappointing part of this experience was not the billing mistake itself. Mistakes happen. It was the lack of communication, the failure to directly address a reasonable request for help, and the decision to proceed with a service after a cancellation request had already been seen. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend the service.
