Nope! There's areas of deep pigmentation still hanging in there. But my skin is so healthy now and I could've done it without skinphorea. Brielle and Aalayah were absolutely amazing! They got my skin together and were so encouraging the entire process! I've been consistent with my regimen and don't plan on stopping in the near future.

I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions. For the HydraFacial I have mixed reviews. I got a package of 3 as it came to a much lower cost and all 3 were inconsistent. First two were fine by the same person and first one was rushed (that is the feeling I got), the second one was very nice and I was able to see how much junk was cleaned, the third one was done by a diffetent person after more than 30 minutes delay... also had a feeling it was rushed and my face did not felt as good a after the second one (in the following days and weeks). So I'm not sure if I'll be back for any of these... The reason I'm giving the place 4 stars is Halina. She is the best masseuse ever! I go there for a deep tissue massage and she takes an amazing care of me. She definitely knows what she is doing, she targets the issue and makes it go away. Very well educated in not only the physical aspect of the body but also spiritual and mental and how it impacts our body and muscle tension. She constantly learns new things and tries to improve.
