The entire process was seamless. I found her online and within minutes we had an appointment set. Note: she does not accept walk-ins, this is an appointment-only type of service. The location itself is a quaint little spot with different businesses all in one building and it has a nice waiting area. Parking is limited but there is plenty of street parking since the building sits on a corner. I highly recommend Brenda for your updos. Her price was fair ($115) for the updo that my daughter was requesting. I believe she also offers makeup, lashes and waxing services (which I hope to check out in the near future).

I had dealt and tolerated with her unprofessional behavior and the lack of attention to her clients. I drove way over an hour to her new salon, she doesn't answer her phones, or check her phone knowing I'm next. She even provided a wrong salon number to me! and then she was at least 45 minutes behind! Honestly at that moment while I was waiting I was already looking for another stylist. She even have the audacity to tell me to reschedule or even wait another hour lol. Am I happy? Nope. Did I yell at her? No. Did I express that I'm not happy? Ever since I cut my hair short (bc my hair was dead from dying it pink when I have dark af hair), I've been Great Clip-ing it bc I didn't really care how I look with short hair since I hate short hair anyway. Now that it's grown, I only want the best haircut and I definitely got it with Carolina as my stylist :-) I asked for a full bang hairstyle but not too blunt and arched so that it's not entirely straight and has longer sides (see, I told you I'm picky). She perfected my bangs, which no one has done before, to where I don't look like I'm 10 years old with a bowl cut. I also wanted a V shape cut but since my hair is still growing, she made it into a subtle V until my hair grows longer. I feel that Carolina is a very personable and honest stylist. She doesn't care about you spending your money unnecessarily but cares about your hair. I could tell because as we were talking, she mentioned how in my message to her that I wanted a keratin treatment but she recommended that I didn't need to have it. I explained to her that I initially did want to but I ended up looking it up and had thought it was something else entirely for some reason (turns out keratin treatment is for making your hair straighter if you have frizzy/curly hair) so I agreed I didn't want it in the end. I just feel like she was honest by bringing it up in the first place and even I didn't know what a keratin treatment was, she wouldn't have tricked me into getting one. *also, she curls your hair after your treatment :') #bless I plan on getting my hair colored by her one day and I hope to see her every few weeks for my bang trims :-)

I set up an appointment for my mom and my little sister at 11, & wasn't attended until 12, they were late to the ceremony and not to mention the horrible hair job they did. My mom said all the girls did was chit chat instead of getting to work. My cousin also booked an appointment with them for 10, and they couldn't even curl her hair right. She was crying when she got to the ceremony. After the ceremony I had to fix her hair and make up so it wouldn't look horrible for the pictures. I contacted the lady after and all she was was excuse after excuse. She said "none of the girls said anything about being unhappy" then went on to say not every girls hair is manageable, like b*** if done right yes it is. I think crying about your hair should justify that enough, not to mention I had to reach out to her numerous of times before she replied, and to end it she never even got back to me about the credit she said she would give me. Ladies I suggest you guys pay a little more and get professionals, because these girls aren't even certified to do hair or make up. They are some newbies straight out of high school.
