We hired Brenda to do an updo for my daughter's prom. Not only did she bring my daughter's vision of an updo to life but she also provided suggestions based on how thick my daughter's hair is and her red dye. We appreciated her suggestions. The entire process was seamless. I found her online and within minutes we had an appointment set. Note: she does not accept walk-ins, this is an appointment-only type of service. The location itself is a quaint little spot with different businesses all in one building and it has a nice waiting area. Parking is limited but there is plenty of street parking since the building sits on a corner. I highly recommend Brenda for your updos. Her price was fair ($115) for the updo that my daughter was requesting. I believe she also offers makeup, lashes and waxing services (which I hope to check out in the near future). read more

So glad I found this hidden gem. I went to Brenda based on yelp reviews. These reviews were spot on. Called Brenda and she was able to get me in on the same day, even a Saturday. Her place was somewhat hard to find. I called her and she waved me in. Asked for an eyelash perm. Took 45 minutes. Results were amazing. I have straight long eyelashes that were hard to curl with a curler everyday. The perm lasted two months like she said. I referred two people who have shorter lashes and they loved their results. Another plus is the pricing. It's a bargain compared to other salons. Make sure your eyes are free of makeup the day of. No eye washing or mascara application unit the next day. I was a bit scared to do it because of the risk of loosing eye lashes or any liquid slipping into my eye and burning but Brenda knew what she was doing.
