The manager refused to check the cameras even to the cops!!! I called the police and filed a police report because I felt I had no other option. What made the situation even more upsetting was being told they were going to call the police on me after I reported what had happened. From my perspective, this situation was handled very poorly. I expected a thrift store that serves the community to take my concerns seriously and help resolve the issue, not make me feel like I was the problem. Because this matter is now being pursued through the proper channels, I'll let the facts speak for themselves. I hope the store reviews its policies and takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. The police officer said this thrift store is known for crime and low life employees and thieves. Then proceeded to tell me. I should never come back here because it's too dangerous so I'm passing the message of danger on to anybody who reads this. They will pray upon you.
