It's loads of fun, like a giant yard sale. There's always something new, but the downside is that merchandise you intended to buy probably won't be there the next time you go. Decent bargain store. I saw a few items and gift ideas that interested me. I also purchased them, and I was happy with the experience. Service was ok. Few employees act like they didn't like their jobs, but it was not going to spoil me and my girlfriend's trip in enjoying our shopping and window shopping. Junk and messy dirty store. The employees are not friendly. It is just too dirty in the store. Floors are in desperate need of a mop. Shelves are disorganized and some are dusty. Carts are too big for the isles. I don't think it is a discount store. The prices are higher. I should not have to dig. If I wanted to dig I would go to one of those pop up Everthing a different price each day a week places. WIth Big Lots, Party City, BBB all gone we are running out of Good discoun't stores. I've been to several Ollie's, and this is one of the better ones for convenient shopping. Although they were low on some merchandise I was looking for, I was able to find something. Cashiers were pleasant and efficient. Location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. read more

If you enjoy the thrill of the chase when it comes to finding good deals, you'll really enjoy Ollie's. If you're bothered by clutter and having to search for items you're looking for, Ollie's is not for you. They have a huge book section, as well as lots of great prices on food items. We got some great name brand olive oil here for $8 that was selling for $15 at Meijer. It's also a nice store to find gifts for kids. They have many super hero and princess-type toys here that kids will love and at prices you can feel good about. The employees are friendly. I get the impression Ollie takes care of his people. It's a silly store, but the prices are usually pretty awesome. read more

So, I never knew this store existed, until a family member took me there yesterday evening. It reminds me of Big Lots, although I might be biased, Bc I think Big Lots is better. Big Lots has more items in stock, and is bigger in my opinion. However, Ollie's was cool! There were great deals on hygiene products, cleaning products, toys, kitchenware, and anything else you can think of. There were even Chia Pets in there, haven't seen that in years, lol. There was a lot of clutter, but that wasn't a big deal to me, as most discount stores that I have been in are usually cluttered and mess everywhere. I would consider going back to shop there. read more

This place is always mess. Only went to get a rug and the employees were a mess the manager was in and out of bathroom. Looking like they were high on drugs. The lines took forever. They couldn't find a code to look something up. held up the line as manager looked frazzled to find a code for the item for 10 minutes. The man in front of me just dropped all of his stuff and left and when we got to the register the cashier said that they couldn't take this place anymore and they didn't know what to do. Recommended finding a new job. It's pretty bad when the employees are telling customers how bad it sucks being there. read more

Last night my friend and I stopped at Ollies to pick up some household items and to look for men's jeans. We like shopping there and go as often as we are able. We like the deals and have always been treated with respect by the staff. We got in the check out line as the cashier announced that they would be "shutting down the registers at nine o'clock." The Cashier, Christopher, was unhelpful, off putting and rude. I felt bullied because I had chosen to shop at the end of his shift. Thank goodness another Cashier helped us with our Ollie's coupon on my phone, because Christopher refused to. I guess you are a valued customer only if you shop early in the day. read more

Not the most organized store in town, but it's walkable. Everything is at least organized in certain sections - the shelves themselves are just usually in a bit of disarray. My favorite thing about this place is that they have a huge section of children's books - two entire walls and a huge mid-section and most of them are between $3-6. You cannot beat that. I've never really browsed through the adult books, but that section is pretty large as well. All I go for are the books, honestly, so I couldn't fill you in on the rest of the store. read more

It's Big Lots with a different name, basically. Overstock, past season, one-offs, buyouts, etc. They pack a lot into this store, so aisles are fairly narrow, but mostly organized and clean. Prices are cheaper than normal retail, but you won't find a steal on every shelf. Remember that items are here for a reason. That really interesting flavor of soup that you've never seen in a grocery store? Yep, you haven't seen it because it tastes awful and nobody bought it, which is why it's at Ollie's and not Kroger. Keep this in mind while you're in the foods isles. Staff is always a pleasure, and efficient at the resisters. read more

Had an amazing experience with the staff at Ollies. We were helped out by an excellent cashier named Willhelmenia and young gentleman named Jason (maybe Nathan it's hard to understand well with the masks). They went above and beyond to help us with our very difficult purchase. The young man helped us put everything on a pallet and then transfer everything from the pallet to our car. We appreciated their extra efforts so much. It was my first time at Ollie's and they made it such a great experience that I know I'll be back. read more

This is like a Big Lots on steroids. They have a little bit of everything in here at clearance prices. There does not seem to be any logical order to how the place is set up. Almost like a lunatic designed the place, and the caricature of "Ollie" on the flyers does loook like a madman. You find DVDs and food in various places through out the store. There is a very large selection of carpet and books for sale. I was floored at how many books they had. I guess nobody reads anymore so they are considered a clearance item. Worth a visit. read more

This store is a discount bargain store. If you have high standards of organization or cleanliness this isn't your store. I have bought many items here for very cheap and have knocked outlets of Christmas shopping for odds and ends filler gifts from here. Worth a look read more

To bad the employees here are disrespectful. Wanted to purchase stuff but one cashier changed my mind on that today. I can't believe how rude she was. I only had a couple things in a long line of people. She told me to move out of the way because she was taking another customer. I let the other customer go first and no one else came to the lane so I got behind the her. Then after a couple minutes she told me she would not help me!! I would have to go to the back of the line. When asked to speak to manager he just apologized and would not do anything else. Worst service that I have received!! read more

Great deals on books. Place is like big lots, a little bit of everything.

It's only been the second time I visited this place, but it's already becoming one of my favorite places. I went there looking for one thing and walked out with a cart full of things "I think I need." They are so much more affordable than any other stores. I stayed in the store 2 hours and went through almost every aisle. They have a lot of stuff and hidden gems!! Customer service was nice and while I was checking out, I had a great conversation with Jennifer! Such a sweet and kind woman! Love this place and would totally come back and recommend to friends and family. read more

Stumbled on this store...The book section is awesome! Wide variety of items priced cheap! The isles are very narrow and the place looks a bit cluttered. Great finds but you have to search them out.
