That's fine, but if they used logic, and knowing many people get these coupons, you would think they would order more stock to make sure people are able to get the items that they have coupons for. Unless.....this is a bait and switch type thing...hoping to get you in the store and buy other stuff, which is so wrong. There is always a lot of products to have coupons for that they do not have on the shelves. That really is irritating to me as a consumer. Also, for the most part, the DELI staff is great, except for one person. I don't know her name, because she doesn't wear a name tag. She's short, and she is an older woman, maybe in her 40's. She has dark hair and is a little bit on the plump side. She is so rude. If you ask her something, she'll roll her eyes at you. At least turn away from the customer when you do this. I have seen her do this to many customers, a lot of them older ladies. The other staff members are always friendly.

It wasnt even his fault, it was teenagers causing trouble and getting him involved. This place sucks and will never be good with security. The ban is also a false ban that my friend got, due to no information was taken, just an immediate escort to the exit and told "Leave now, come back and we call the the cops." I also ordered an item for pickup, 4 hour wait as usual, but it turned into automatic shipping + a 4 day wait, ruining the project planned with the item, and when the item finally arrived, it was defective. Overall, this Walmart is horrible with security and confused over rules, and they don't know how to properly check stock.

Gripes aside, it's a decent store with a slightly different selection than your average TJ Maxx and Marshall's. As we got away from the clothing/shoes/accessories, we found the home goods section to be in much better order. We picked up a few nice picture frames for less than $10 each, so I'd call that a win. They also had a great selection of auto accessories, surprisingly. The wait in line was about a half hour... very ridiculous. Anyway, they need more cashiers on duty to handle demand and also dedicated staff to keep stock off the floor.

The upholstery is worn, and all of the carts need to be replaced! None of the other stores I've shopped at are this bad. In addition, the ladies room is always dirty. Whether it's upfront by customer service, or in the back near the pet department, they both smell bad. There's usually tissue on the floor, too. I am gen z and am very patient and overly understanding when it comes to retail and service workers. However, this cashier I had had said and done multiple rude actions in our small and unfortunate window of conversation. This worker proceeded to scoff at me loudly as I asked for a small discount because the last two decorative candles both had big gouges, putting her headphone in her coworkers ear as i'm standing waiting to be checked out and had to wait for her to be done showing her coworker what she was listening to as I had a line of 10 people behind me, and then the kicker, multiple times telling me the candle (that she scoffed at) smelled horrible, disgusting and it had a weird smell (reiterating multiple times looking for a response) and then proceeds to blow a raspberry in my face because she did not like the smell of the candle. All I am saying is please have a conversation with this employee as no one would have given her as much grace as I did and probably would have been extremely rude back to her. I left that interaction feeling so horrible and belittled and uncomfortable and just want her to be trained on how to interact with customers. Thank you
