Huge disappointment at this location. We are going to Disneyland tomorrow and wanted to get the kids cleaned up before. Now we got off work, loaded the car up, had to eat dinner and rushed down here. Arrived at 7:54. They had the OPEN SIGN ON, hours stated they were OPEN till 8. The woman greeted me with, we close at 8 , there's not enough time. To me if you are open till 8, anyone in the door by then should be served. Talk about lazy unhelpful staff. So we headed over to great clips. They took the boys in, and we were done in 15 minutes. I have been coming to Dollar Cuts at this location in Clinton for over a 3 years and I rarely have a problem. Every now and then they make a mistake and will fix it immediately if I return. However on my most recent visit the lady who cut my hair left a huge chunk in the back when I found out about it I came back to have them fix it and she wanted me to make an appointment to have them fix it. I am a guy, my haircut is ridiculously easy, it would have taken her 30 seconds to correct it. I will not be using this business again, and would warn others if they mess up they will not correct it quickly. Not that they care but they have lost a long-term customer. read more

We went in for two hair cuts. We called ahead and got two appointments and gave them only 15 minutes, as we were on our way. When we got there they got right in. My daughter's wanted pixie cuts. One had 18" of hair cut off! And she loved her end results. Both girls love their new hair and don't regret going short. The stylists were excellent in the way the cut hair, their professionalism, and they were fast! Reading the other review I asked about the review and they said that girl is gone. I don't know why these ladies are not cutting in higher prices salons, I left them a large tip because the quality of the cut was double the $23 charge. read more

Love this store! I have 2 special needs children ages 4 and 5 and each has unique issues with hair! My son has always been so afraid to get his hair cut, but after coming here to Dollar Cuts these ladies have made him so comfortable that he rarely fusses, and even sits still while they cut his hair! My daughter has sensory processing disorder and it is such a fight to try and wash her hair at home that I have simply given up. I take her here a couple times a week and they are so good with, treat her so sweet and make her so happy, they are very careful to make sure the water never gets in her face or down her back, and she is always happy to go back! They have forever customers in us! read more

Had my hair cut today here and the girl never rolled down my collar and cut the hair on the back of my neck. Also she never combed my hair when she was done. I question this person training... She used the second seat on on the east-side. Bad place to get your hair cut. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Watch out for Rachelle she added a 10.00 tip on my bill, she ripped up my first receipt when I gave her a tip that apparently she didn't like and I am the customer I write the tip which was not $10 but more than $5. I was so dumb founded that a person would do that when it is against the law. read more
