They added 5w20 oil even though the oil cap is stamped 5w/30. I complained and asked for a refund and a minor manager named Joe claimed they didn't do anything wrong. I ended up buying the right oil and filter and doing the work myself. Don't go to this place for any service.

Unsolicited meat van pulls into my driveway and hard sells me a box of beef for $260. I was a fool to buy it but the guy was persistent and I felt sorry for him, my bad. He made a big show of their 3-day return policy. Tried the "beef filets" that night and of course they were so tough & chewy they were inedible. Called Smokey Mountain Meats (now owner of Capital Meats) the next day and they referred me to the driver who didn't answer so I left a VM. Called SMM again the next day and spoke to the driver who was there and he said he'd come Saturday for a refund and honor the 3-day return since we spoke within 3 days. Of course he didn't come Saturday, he had to wait for his wife to pick up his son, and wait for a ride to my house since he had no transportation - I offered to come to him, and he said I could go to SMM, and I said they always referred me to him. No responses since, of course. This is a sham and a scam and a rip-off no matter what the business responds, just look at all the one-star reviews on BBB and elsewhere.
