Called Smokey Mountain Meats (now owner of Capital Meats) the next day and they referred me to the driver who didn't answer so I left a VM. Called SMM again the next day and spoke to the driver who was there and he said he'd come Saturday for a refund and honor the 3-day return since we spoke within 3 days. Of course he didn't come Saturday, he had to wait for his wife to pick up his son, and wait for a ride to my house since he had no transportation - I offered to come to him, and he said I could go to SMM, and I said they always referred me to him. No responses since, of course. This is a sham and a scam and a rip-off no matter what the business responds, just look at all the one-star reviews on BBB and elsewhere.
