A while back the floor Manager, Jesse give me a hard time cause I had a free coupon for one bottle of soda from Coca Cola. He acted like I printed the coupon myself. How could a gold embossed coupon from Coca Cola be fake. Coca Cola sent me 2 free coupons because I called the number on a Coca Cola soda machine when I lost my money and got no product back. I was only using one of my coupons that day and he acted suspicious about it. He took it to customer service like it was not legitimate. That was very rude and disrespectful of him when I was buying their groceries. They have no respect for customers and I know for a fact that some of their employees are not happy at all with management there. I have never seen any of the managers smile. Also their gasoline discounts are not so cheap and 7eleven or Walmart down the street can match them even after their penny discount and Kroger beats them. Avoiding Brookshire's from now on.
