It is located in the South Coast Center strip mall, and has plenty of shared parking. The footprint is very large, with wide aisles and plenty of real registers. We spent a lot of time here, noticing a lot of items (some name brands) that we've not seen at other Dollar trees before. Ended up buying a bunch of things for $1.25 (ben and jerry single serve ice cream, and various branded dog toys). Checkout was easy, and of course there is no sales tax in Oregon. As we were leaving, without prompting, my wife blurted out: 'That was the best Dollar Tree I've been to!'. And we've been to A LOT of Dollar Trees...
