Things not where they should be, messy, parking lot is dirty and just unorganized. They seem to never have more than one register open which is annoying because they're typically busy. The carpet is dirty and needs to be vacuumed. Inside I found minimal organization, which took me a while to find what I needed. At check-out I noticed only two cashiers were available so I had to wait a while. One customer had the nerve to ask could they use an employee's discount (everything is one dollar!) I immediately wanted to drop my item and leave but I stayed in line. I guess you get what you pay for *shrugs*.

When we needed to get my engagement ring resized, we first called a shop that was closer to us, and…read morethey said they would be able to resize it in two hours, and we were very happy with this because we were going out of town the next day and didn't want to be without it for so long when I had just gotten it! But when we got there, we quickly realized that they had misled us about how long it would take to get it done, and that it would in fact be a WEEK before they would be ready for us to pick it up. After discussing our concerns, they said they could make it 4 days instead. So we thought we'd call other places nearby, hoping to find one that could fit us in on such short notice. Mr. Bill was our first call, and he said he could get us right in. So we drove over there, not sure what we'd find, and we were welcomed right away. Mr. Bill showed me where my grandmother had gotten the ring sized herself when she got it from my great-grandmother, and explained how he would resize it for me. He took 10 minutes. It fit perfectly. We were thrilled with the service and the friendliness and care of the employees, especially when handling something so important to us. While waiting (the ten minutes) we browsed around and were impressed by how beautiful their collection was. We were incredibly pleased and thankful and will definitely be entrusting all of our jewelry needs with Mr. Bill in the future.
