Their not going to beat out wholesale stores but they are a good option when you don't need bulk. Most of the aisles were clean, well organized, and easy to reach what was needed off the shelves. I really can't think of a negative of this place. Workers are helpful, engaged in work. The product availability is good. Parking outside is okay. Not a bunch of carts lingering around like at Wally World. They have definitely gone on my second stop of grocery shopping. First being the wholesale stores. Think you should give them a look.

However, I started checking my receipts a few months back and realized that they tend to overcharge on sale items regularly. On two recent occasions I purchased some sale items and on each receipt I found at least one sale item charged at full price (usually double the sale price), which required contacting corporate get a correction on one item, and returning to the local store for satisfaction on the other. When receipts total over $100 it is easy to miss items that have been over charged. This has happened numerous times and I am on the verge of boycotting Kroger altogether, but I hate to lose the fuel discounts they offer that other grocery stores do not provide. If this is happening to me, it is happening to every customer, since the overcharging happens electronically at checkout, so every customer who buys these items is also being overcharged. Management needs to get a handle on their pricing accuracy or lose loyal customers!
