Publix is my favorite grocery store, as everyone knows this. :-) I am from Miami, Florida and grew up on Publix. I came in and purchased fruit, poultry, water, bake goods and etc. My son wanted a buffalo chicken sub and me and my husband wanted a salad. So we ordered that as well. There was alot of buy one and get the other free, as well as coupons. I racked up today, on groceries as usual. It's not crowded since everyone has just about shopped so much for the 4th of July. But I needed groceries and I'm definitely satisfied. :-) I'll be back, soon. read more

The deli really has to do a better job with customers. Their priority is to take care of online orders and not a customer standing at the counter. The produce department keeps relocating everything. From one day to the next, trying to find where the apples are is crazy. read more

There used to be a time when Publix was my favorite fast food fried chicken. I believe once they were voted top 10 in metro Atlanta area. But oh my goodness. I tried calling the Publix Pharmacy to ask a question about a prescription, and I got Vanessa, who I assumed worked in the front. She put me on hold to find a pharmacist, but I was then transferred back and forth between the front and the pharmacy for 20 minutes. After all the confusion and waiting, I hung up and called back. I was connected to Vanessa again, who paged me into the pharmacy. I then spoke with someone who seemed agitated, and I felt like I couldn't even explain my issue properly. I understand that it might have been a busy time, but the communication and tone left me feeling frustrated. read more

Publixes are generally safe bets even if you're travelling in an area unfamiliar to you, which was the case was for me. This one was no exception, with friendly employees, satisfying sandwiches (I'm a fan of the Italian), clean stores and restrooms, and so on. Yay for Publix! read more

05/09/2022- @ 9:30pm I choose Publix to purchase a "SUB" staff was Very rude Careless and not professional customer service was really useless..... I asked for a manager the manager came out and still said no that they do not have to wear a mask I did not see any documentation stating that Publix does not have to wear Mask . I asked to speak to the manager at the deli department the manager came out she was also very rude not caring there was no pleasure in shopping at this Publix no one wanted to do the right thing therefore she told me no she was not going to make the sub.... However the manager was wearing a mask I asked her why wouldn't she make this up she said because the girl did not have to make the wear a mask so therefore guess what I did So I asked to speak with the store manager that was on duty that evening the store manager came out and share with him what happened he said that someone would make a sub for me in the deli department we both go to the deli department he talked with the deli department manager she tells him hell no she's not making a sub because I want her to wear a mask he comes out looking all crazy and says I'm sorry we can't make a sub for you if you want somebody to wear mask they don't have to wear a mask but there is nothing on the wall saying that Publix does not have to wear a mask all I was doing was asking him to please wear a mask while they make a sub for me and they turned me down this is not pleasure Shopping at Publix is not a Pleasure it's a LIE Publix Policy for Wearing a Mask is Only A JOKE And The Store Manager on Monday nite is WEAK read more

Purchased 8 navel oranges on 8/31/2021. Began to eat one of the oranges for lunch and the picture below shows what inside revealed. After lunch I took the orange back to Publix Summit Point only to be refused by the employee at customer service desk to refund or replace my loss at their Publix. I didn't have the original receipt and she did not know the weight of the orange to give a Refund...However, I did show her my Chase Bank receipt $226 to Publix. read more

I ordered my family 5 subs from Publix Deli. They said it would be a hour wait and it would be sitting in pickup. After about a hour I went to go pick up the sandwiches to find out they weren't ready , weren't even being made yet. I had to stand in a long line while people who just walk up and paid get they're sandwiches made. This is unacceptable I ordered my sandwiches an hour before to have to wait on people who just got one. read more

This Publix has slowly been getting worse...management change maybe? Long lines at check out...simple Publix items like their own green tea......out of stock...... i went to the front desk with 3 people standing around while only a couple of check out lanes open and were at least 3 deep. I love they have made delivery an option due to COVID, the lines are fast, pharmacy is amazing, stock is great! I absolutely love their fresh sirloin cuts-- the butcher (if that's the proper name) is absolutely amazing and well experienced in his recommendations! Sushi is great too-- but they are known for their fresh deli. I pick Public over Kroger always. Management is fair if anything goes wrong they make it right! I had a milk that was leaking and they made it right immediately. Those who check you are are very helpful, especially with coupons! Spread kindness. read more

The store is impeccably clean and for the most part every manager I encountered was extremely friendly. I would suggest you avoid the seafood department if Alex is the server. I arrived 40 minutes before the seafood station closes and he was not at all happy that I requested my order to be steamed. He weighed the crab legs while frozen and subsequently steamed my food for way too long making them taste like I was chewing rubber bands. $80 worth of crab legs that tasted like rubber. GAMERS GOING TO REDBOX ONLY!!!!! This is not a review on publix. They have a great store. This review is for the redbox inside of publix. Always check your games before leaving the store. People now start to photocopy the game and turn it in. The machine can't tell the difference it only reads the bar code on the paper. The machine thinks the disk is there so it will take it. Then when you go to get that game you really want and get home and go to put it into your system you open up the case and realize that the game is missing and in its place is a paper photocopy of the game. Please check before you leave. Idk if people do with movies too Iv only seen this on video games. read more

I love the wine selection in this location. I come here when I want to get a few bottles at a time. It's spacious and ultra clean.

I really love shopping here at this Publix in Fayetteville, Ga. The employees are very nice make you feel welcome. Although, this day was a little disappointing, someone made a mistake by sending the pharmacists to the wrong store and I could not get my medicine. They were apologetic but it was disappointing.
