    They have some really good deals with digital coupons. They do cash back as well and you do those like you do digital coupons.

The Dollar Tree in Easley is not in the best location, as far as parking, entering and leaving 123. I did find picture frames and some things that I didn't need!They didn't have a lot of 4th of July items, but that could have been because it's so close to that day. There was only one checkout open, and the young man working was friendly and quick with checking people out. I will stop by this location again if I need to do some shopping at Dollar Tree, and I'm in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff who I noticed was constantly stocking shelves and picking up items set in the wrong areas. Lots of great seasonal items for Halloween, thanksgiving, and Christmas already. Tons of gift wrapping, party decor and greetings cards. Toys, books, candles, jewelry, makeup, pet items, baby items, and faux floral. Impressive snack department with cliff bars, protein bars, fruit bars similar to Kind brand, nuts, dried fruit, pork rinds, and tons of candy. Wonderful selection of organizational boxes, bowls, cubbies, and containers. Fun wine and beer glasses, cleaning supplies, kitchen stuff and more!

    I used to enjoy shopping at this location. It was a nice quiet location. However I will not be back…read moreafter my experience on 8/8/19. After my transaction was completed and card was processed my receipt half printed bc the paper ran out. Cashier threw away the half receipt and changed the paper. This apparently caused the register to freeze up. So they told me that even though the receipt had began to print my card wasn't charged (transaction was in my pending section online banking). Since it was a small order I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed the manager to re-ring me at another register and process my card again. Was told if the charges went through for both times, she would refund it or post void the original transaction. Two days later both transactions moved from my PENDING to my POSTED transactions. I called my bank and was told that the store would need to issue a refund bc they were both paid and processed. Not pending. When I called to speak with "the manager" I was handed off to the same person who I spoke with in store and she informed me that after speaking with her DM, I would need to wait until "a few days past" bc the charge would automatically disappear from my posted transactions. She could see me on the camera etc and she was there and knew the whole situation but bc the computer only showed one transaction, her dm wouldn't approve the refund. I had to wait "a few days" for the charges to go away. When I asked how long a few days was supposed to be cause the charges were not going anywhere according to the bank, she got very rude and defensive which of course made me madder bc HELLO YOU CHARGED ME TWICE!!! I'm the victim here. Why am I being inconvenienced because your equipment malfunctioned. She said "I guess like Tuesday... I don't know. I'm just telling you what my dm said to tell you, I can't do anything else. You have to wait". So I told her I would be in there on Tuesday to get the refund bc the charges are not going to just disappear on there own. Regardless of what your malfunctioning computers say and if they didn't then I would be calling corporate office for fraud! She asked me if I was threatening her hahaha NO but if I don't get my money refunded then I will call corporate. That's not a threat it's a promise!!! So unbelievably rude and disrespectful, unethical, unprofessional especially from management!!!! I was promised, on the day it happened that she would make it right if the charges processed and now she and her company are backpedaling like it's my problem. It wasn't a big order. Just $13.00. So as a previous CSM for a major chain, I can assure you this should not have been handled this way. If just for the inconvenience of having to come back in there, a refund should have been issued TODAY! I should not have to wait a few more days. I already waited two days and I've got the financial proof that the charge was processed. Your business has lost a customer over $13.00 bc of improper management and unethical business practices. (Insert sarcastic tone here)---good job! And the only reason you get one star is bc I had to give at least one star to leave a review. Fix your equipment (according to the employees and manager that day, this is a everyday occurrence with the registers freezing) and on a side note -- it's not good business to only have one cashier working with the lines four people plus deep and having the guest see the manager and another employee in the office with the door open having a causal conversation and watching us all stand in line!!! Corporate needs to retrain and better vet their management teams.
