This place has cute decor and awesome coffee. We had a latte, cafe au lait and iced coffee. They were all good but the iced coffee is outstanding. The doubt was awesome. The cheddar scone and blueberry was yummy.

This is without a doubt the best coffee in Greenville. Maybe in the state... maybe ever ??? If you go - you have to try the brown sugar cinnamon latte with vanilla cold foam (my boyfriend's order, I cannot take credit). It's insane... also they already have it decorated for Christmas inside and it's so cute!!!! 10/10 always.

I got weird looks before I walked inside then no one acknowledged my presence when I got to the counter. I looked at the menu for a minute or two, still no greeting. The touch pad was turned towards me with the menu so I assumed I was to order the drink myself, so I did. Still... the two ladies didnt say a word. But maybe thats the standard here. After I ordered one of the ladies walks up and says "hello did you just order it yourself?" I proceeded to say yes, was I not supposed to... hence no greeting whatsoever for 3-4 minutes. Needless to say, I received my matcha tea w/oatmilk and lavender and walked out. They didnt say thanks, bye nothing. Poor customer service. I see a trend here in S. Carolina. I miss my real southern hospitality back home. So it definitely sucks when you're somewhere new and you aren't treated like you are welcome. At least a stranger walking past me said she liked my glasses. I'll drink my tea in the car, in peace.

Wow, wow, wow. Some places you walk into and it just feels like home. This place was no exception. Great vibes, and even better coffee. Handcrafted syrups with great seasonal drink options. Served in cute ceramic mugs to give it that cozy touch, and would be a fantastic place to study/work and catch up with friends. Today was my first time trying it and I'll definitely be coming back. Workers were quick, friendly, and polite.

Don't miss Doughnut Sundays at The Village Grind! Another cute coffee shop in Greenville, I've said and I'll say it again, the coffee scene in Greenville is top notch. The Village Grind has a rustic and cute and DOG FRIENDLY (ok well, not 100% sure it's dog friendly but we brought our pup in and there were no complaints from any workers lol). We stopped in for one last coffee for the road - and "conveniently" noticed it was Doughnut Sunday. There were still a few GB&D doughnuts available - I chose the malted milk glaze with figs & honey donut which was both gorgeous and delicious. It paired perfectly with the nitro cold brew. I was also a huge fan of my rose cardamom latte which was made with their house made syrup. The Village Grind is on my permanent coffee shop rotation for my next Sunday visit to Greenville!

I found this cute coffee shop while exploring downtown and it totally made my day. The cappuccino I ordered was rich and bold with a perfect balance of foam and coffee. They had a small but tempting selection of pastries so I tried a scone which was buttery and delicious. Everyone working there was so welcoming and happy to answer questions. The shop had plenty of seating and a really relaxed atmosphere. It felt like the kind of place you could spend hours reading or working. Definitely worth a visit.

I love the Village Grind! Seriously one of the cutest coffee places in this side of Greenville. I love all the natural lighting and the many plants. They have worked hard to curate a wonderful atmosphere. It's always quite busy so sometimes it's hard to find a spot to sit but they have a heck ton of seating, both indoor and outdoor. It's a great place to sturdy if you can snag a table. Staff is always really friendly and welcoming! My favorite drink is an iced oat milk latte with Rose Cardamom syrup.

Stopped in to try out this cute spot this morning after finding them on Yelp. We were looking for a coffee spot with a nice patio where our 2 small dogs were welcome. I tried one of today's latte specials and an oat bar with berry preserves. The food and drink were great as was the atmosphere but sadly the service was lacking. I had questions about the food options in the case and when I pointed to what I ended up ordering I was flippantly told "it's an oat thing with some berry stuff"... um, ok lol. Despite the service we enjoyed stopping in.

Really good spot to come get work done from your laptop. Lots of outlets and chairs. They place good music and the latte I got was great.

As you descend the stairs from the sidewalk, you pass under the sign that's visible from the street. Upon entering you're facing a large bar area with a pastry display cabinet and of course the machines that create liquid magic. They serve a variety of meals and baked goods to accompany your beverage of choice. We ordered a vanilla latte, iced red eye, two egg breakfast with hash browns and toast, and a western omelet with hash browns and toast. After a short wait we received our coffees. Then our food was delivered. I have to say, the omelet was great. Stuffed with spicy sausage and vegetables! The hash browns were outstanding. Perfect for that style. Slightly crunchy, golden brown, and seasoned. Wife enjoyed her breakfast as much as I did mine. The inside is quite large. The front seating area is big, but the back room area is huge. There are so many seating options to include outside seating. We really enjoyed this coffee shop/cafe. The environment was great, the esthetics, the employees, the food, and location was fantastic. Highly recommend if you're visiting Greenville, SC. We will definitely be back!

A woman called us to the other end of the counter and took our order...finally. Our drinks were mediocre and overpriced - plus my husband's hot latte was served iced. It wasn't even busy! Although it's a cavernous space, one man decided it was his office and was making a lot of sales calls, so we were treated to hearing that unless we moved to the back side of the business. Next time, we'll save a few bucks (and our sanity) and go to Starbucks across the street! We like to support local businesses, but this was abominable.

His voice was so loud, shrill and inappropriately loud for an employee that it was hard to concentrate . He was so loud over the rest of the staff that customers around be were putting in their earphones to drown him out. This one was a shocker for sure…read more After a few poor bakery attempts i decided to stop by methodical as a last resort to at least get a cookie or something. When I arrived they had a generous variety of laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and so on. Not just a bunch of laminated stuff which is the new trend. I ordered 2 cookies (ginger and oatmeal) and a bread pudding. They even warm the pastries up for you if you ask!! Both cookies were delicious. They had a crispy edge with a soft chewy inside, not overly sweet but very well balanced. Really everything you could ask for in a cookie. Next was the bread pudding. Which is made with "old" croissants. I was on the fence and almost didn't order it because some people over due the sweetness. Again it was perfect. I had to force myself to stop eating it. When I passed back through 2 days later it was my first stop for more delicious treats. And I was so upset and almost lowered the review score because they didn't have more of that absolutely mind blowing bread puddling. But realized that would've been me being childish. So I gave them all 5 stars which the fully deserve. This is a must visit and anytime I pass through Greenville I'll be making a pit stop
