Nope, this is a store in a run-down strip mall that specializes in selling close-to or out-of-date items. Looking for fancy shelving and floors so clean you can eat off them? Go elsewhere. It's obvious this has been at least a couple of other stores long before this company showed up. What you get is a neatly stacked store with items that seem to vary depending upon what they get at any given time. Buy when you see it or possibly lose out. Is some of it outdated? You betcha. However, there is a catch with those manufacturer dates - they are made up. I recently discovered there are very little federal or state regulations concerning those dates; however, manufacturers know you'll ditch something out of fear even if the can or product still looks good. Today I found RC sugar-free cola, 12 pack cans, for $2. In case you're wondering, Walmart has them on "sale" for $5.88. Tastes the same but now I can get 36 cans instead of 12. And how about the Clorox misting spray refill at $1? It sells for $6.78 at Walmart. Now I can get nearly 7 for the price of 1. This list goes on. Since I buy only those items in cans or sealed bottles, I can't comment on the meats, bagged crackers and bread; however, if you consume those perishable items quickly you should be okay. In fact, I have a friend who buys his meats here and cooks them on the grill the same day. He loves the place for the cheap pricing. Staff is attentive and friendly, an oddity given the low bucks nature of the store, but don't let the looks of the store bother you. Like I stated, if you're a neat freak, go elsewhere. As you might imagine, they don't take coupons but they do accept credit cards. If you want deals galore, come here and come often!

Shouldn't these be in the back and brought out in small carts so on a Saturday afternoon your customers can get to the merchandise? Isles were strewn with merchandise everywhere. The lady said they had been super busy with the 15% off coupon that was sent to Ollie's Army Rewards members. I also got a 10% off coupon for my shopping level. Wish they would have separated these out so there weren't two coupons both expiring in November. The one thing I came for (protein bars) they had a very limited stock. That is one challenge with Ollie's because merchandise is constantly changing and is different from location to location. If they would cleanup the merchandise and remove the pallets the rating would go from 3 to 4 or 5. Checkout was quick and efficient. The register operator was nice.

Although I did not find the exact same one, I did find one similar, so I purchased that one. While in the store, I did go through the aisles to see if there was anything else I might like to purchase. It's a big place. They definitely have a wide variety of inventory and just about anything you might be looking for, but I wasn't impressed. If you are looking for books and art supplies, toys, clothes, household, even furniture, they probably have it. It's worth a try. Would I go there again. Well, maybe.

The entire experience was wonderful! The ornate exterior and interior made for a memorable experience, as did the great service and selected dishes! The wee one is not fond of tea (yet) and they gave her a tea pot filled with lemonade instead. With the rave reviews from the family I will make sure this is an experience they can partake in again in the future. I may join them or just the wife myself, although they told me this is more for the ladies and only a couple of men were present during their two hour leisurely visit (service was not slow, they just enjoyed the setting that much). They have an attached gift shop which they raved about too, and of course returned with a few items. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience, of which I got to live vicariously through.

Directions to the restaurant were clear from the street with good signage. One may call this an upscale tea room/ brunch: indulging dessert experience; depending on how you order. We skipped our breakfast to make room for the experience and we were not disappointed. Seating and decor was British colonial setting. The food was delicious and prepared well. The desserts were decadent and the TEA service was exotic. The food ordered was pasta Florentine and (rich and creamy goodness), blackened mahi over mango salsa was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Quiche was not bad . Mediterranean platter came with humus, roasted eggplant and Tabbouleh. Eggplant was sharp in flavor. Chai was served full of flavors and spices; green ginger tea flavorful and needed time to get to full strength. Raspberry in Paris Rooibos was naturally sweet and well scented. For the desserts we ordered strawberry scones with clotted cream, Italian wedding cake, hummingbird and the chocolate ganache. They were large portions and decadent. Importantly the owner made sure to accommodate us on the menu and was quick to respond to any issues. Isabel and Carline were exceptionally gracious host. Explore the grounds and gift shop on premises and savor your experience. Godwilling your experience is like ours and better.

The Wildwood Antique Mall of Lakeland is part of the Wildwood Antique Mall chain. Wildwood Antique Mall claims to be one of the largest antique dealers in Florida. It was started in 2011, when 77-year-old Manny Pesco took his last $4,000 from his former auction business that had closed because of the 2008 recession and invested the money into the first Wildwood Antique Mall that took its name from the intersection it is located on. Other locations opened in Eustis, Vero Beach, and Titusville opened in the intervening years and the investment turned out to be a good one since all of the locations do around 5 million dollars annually. What makes this antique mall different from the other stores in the chain is the abundance of merchandise available from the theme parks. I found booths for both Universal and Disney items. The fun starts when you walk in the door and there is a carriage from Disney's Port Orleans resort out front and you are greeted by a velociraptor straight out of Universal Studios just inside the door. Wildwood Antique Mall of Lakeland has all of the typical booths of antiques you would expect to find but my favorite booths were the ones filled with Disney and Universal Studios merchandise. Recycling the Magic had a Splash Mountain log flume car, Vault Collectibles sells Disney and Universal studios props, and Melly's Remarket sells Disney art. My favorite booth was the Jurassic World Tribute store in the back of mall with a ton of Universal Studio items. They had an extensive horror collection and many other one of a kind items. I especially loved all of the Haunted Mansion items I found throughout the mall. If you are a theme park fan like me this is a must stop if you are in Lakeland. Prices for the real collectibles were more than I could afford but I found a Haunted Mansion Loungefly for only $25. There is something for everyone. Allow a few hours for a visit because this antique mall feels never ending. I could have easily spent all day here.

I was told the store is less than 6 months old or something like that. In Florida the structure of their stores is completely different from Georgia. This store has two floors. I am not sure if customers have access to the floors. It also is on the darker side. I noticed Publix is building stores with a dark ceiling and different lighting now. I am not necessarily a fan of that but I am a fan of newness. The deli and hot bar section is bravo. It kind of sits in the middle of the floor instead of against the wall so you can walk completely around it just about I think yes you can. The good thing about that is that the customers are not all condensed in one area they're all the way around the bar. The selections are chef's kiss! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I found some clearance items in the store that I was very happy about and the quality of the food was very good. The only thing that was weird to me was the bakery is in the very back of the store all the way to the left behind the aisle of wine. I found that to be very strange so very used to the bakery being in the front of the store. I will also like to mention that they had handicap carts available and powered up. That is very good of them. Walmart could never. I will continue to visit the store because it's literally around the corner from my family's house.
