The only lacking part is customer service, but always expect to fend for myself in these types of stores. On my most recent trip, the girls in the fitting room were very friendly and cheerful (which is a rarity,) but the individual behind the register was lacking these qualities.

So just be kind and look around and see , maybe what you could do to maybe put something on the shelf , it's on the floor it's not going to kill you pick it up or put it back on the hanger! Of course, there are still things that are pricey, but with sales prices in play you can definitely get a better bargain or some of the items at more normal/ reasonable prices. They have a good variety of stuff here too- women's, men's & children's clothing. I'm excited to see the variety of options as the seasons go on- they had fun and colorful summer styles out, but then once the fall collection & winter clothes come around will be nice too. There are plenty of fitting rooms to try things on, but no restrooms. She ignored us and didn't say a word and then there was another employee in the next aisle over who looked at her coworker (without acknowledging us) and said "I just mopped in there, it's probably wet." Again neither of them said anything to us for about a minute until I said "so can he use it?" With my son clearly next to me wiggling in distress and this lady who had not said a single word to me or looked in my direction said "well she just said she mopped it and it's wet" I stood there in disbelief for a second and said "so that's a no?"
