This store is much cleaner and has wider isles. The food items in cans or boxes aren't all dented or out of date. The items in the dairy cooler have been rotated by dated. And the employees friendly. If I had a complaint it would be that many of the organic or better quality groceries that I found in Blue Ash or Harper's Point stores aren't available at this store. Whether it's the produce, meats or middle isles - I found less variety or options. Same with the craft beer selection. It's so small it's almost non existent.

Deli area is well staffed and employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and great produce department. The play room was sticky. The whole room. Dirt and grime on every surface of the play mats, and old food on the floor and tables. Both pitchers of tea out on the counter in front of Lee's were empty and they said they couldn't refill them. Worse than the cleanliness was the service. We walked up to Lee's and there were 3 employees in the back talking, 2 on their cell phones. They all made eye contact and still no one came out to greet us. I let it go for at least!! 3 to 4 minutes. A man then walks right by us and says "I'm on break" and walked out the side door. Okay...finally a younger girl walks out and says "what do you want?" I said, this is really rude! At this point, we're not the only people in line. She doesn't acknowledge my comment, and I tell her what we'd like. They sloppily threw a couple plates together and that's when we walked over to the counter to fill our cups with tea and were told they were not going to refill them. The chicken was tough and the sides were cold. We were tired and I wasn't in the mood to argue. However; someone should do something to correct the service and cleanliness or this place will go ...completely to pot. Gross. Just keep driving. There are lots of other options just ahead.

During this trip, I found some pickled okra that is from Texas. Of course, it is commonplace throughout the Southern United States, but it is often difficult to find north of Kentucky. They offered plenty of foreign sodas and other food items. I found some favorites from the Philippines, Colombia, and other countries. Also, I noticed that they had a vast selection of seafood, wine, beer, and even cigars. Every aisle is listed and kept clean, and if you're looking for something particular, ask a staff member for assistance. They're friendly and willing to assist customers. The parking lot has more than adequate parking the store is very well organized by category and easy to find your selections. Even though you do have to deposit a quarter for a cart here a lot of times people and do the good pay it forward move and leave a cart free for you to use hoping that you will do the right thing and pay it forward in the future. yes the selections can be small and you will not find a bunch of the brands that used to seeing at some of the big box stores but the money you save shopping at this location will more than make up for the lack of brands this place is perfect if you are trying to pick out certain grocery items regardless of what brand they are I will continue to shop here and gratefully pay a quarter to use the card and I will definitely be happy to bag my own groceries here

The new owners have put in a few upgrades to the store and it seems this is just the start. They now have a beer cave and a large expanded selection of craft beers and other alcoholic beverages. Does a small town with with more than 11 places that serve/sell alcohol within a 2 mile radius really need a beer cave and huge alcohol selection? I dont think so but thats the Mayor's fault not Medarys. They also updated the overhead lights to led lights so it is very bright. They have replaced the ice cream coolers as well as added pop/milk/dairy item coolers. The box/can food selection is good but expensive. You do not want to use this store for more than something you ran out of and need it asap! The produce department is terrible. They carry a few heads of lettuce and a couple pieces of fruit that seem to be seasonal. It's not very fresh and disappointing to people who are vegitarians. They do carry a nice banana selection but at 69 cents a pound its pricey. They have a hot/cold deli and a bakery section. Sliced deli meat is on par to a little pricey depending on selection and hardly ever on sale. Cheese is expensive and I havent seen a single sale so far but if you ask for Amish American at $4.99 a pound its a steal and in my opinion its better than Land-O-Lakes. They still have the best donuts in Clermont County! However like everything else they are expensive. About 20-45 cents higher per donut than previous owners. Still worth it! Now for the hot deli. Fried chicken and taters. Still seems to be the same flour/spice breading mixture as in the past. Chicken and potato wedges are amazing when first put in case. As time passes they become greasy, dry and terrible. They do offer an after 9pm special and the ladies will fry it fresh. They do offer cold fresh fried chicken in the open cooler like Kroger does. The non family staff is minimal. The ladies in the deli are all very nice and helpful. They work hard running both hot/cold deli, frying chicken and washing all the pots, pans, trays and things. At night there is only 1 person. The most I've seen even in rush hour is 2 ladies working. The owner and his wife are there always. Their son and another family member also have shifts. They all are nice but I think cultural differences sometimes make them seem rude. What I dislike is that they follow you around as if you are going to steal from them. Plus you are on a huge tv camera system so I dont know why they feel the need to make customers feel uncomfortable. That makes it feel less grocery store more corner bodega. They also sell an assortment of incense and a couple hookah pipes. Really? This is a farm town with country folks. This turns many people away. Overall Medarys has your basics but are very expensive. The employees are friendly and the owner and his family are cordial. The store is kept very clean unlike previous owners. They need to expand their produce with fresh items and limit the bodega gimmick items. It would be nice to see some authentic Indian food in the hot deli.

No employee or customer? How many of that item was sold at the wrong price over the last two weeks...if only 5 items are wrong and they sell twenty of those items at the wrong price x thousands of stores.... you are now talking about serious money... Now the first customer service person I dealt with was awesome...she apologized and was when a robin got involved and attempted to screw everything up. ( she had a red vest I guess a manager??? But was just flat out rude!! But her vest said customers are number1 or something like that! )
