I tried using this relatively new grill and the temperature gauge went haywire. It kept quickly changing temperatures from 130 to 360 and as high as the 400's before bouncing back to 130. It even shut itself off but restarted when I tried , then repeated the fluctuations. So, I went thru the Walmart website to file a claim. I was transferred to an electronic verification program for the first time, then instructed to enter my entire information like name, address, phone number and reason for contacting them. I can understand explaining why I am filing a claim but they supposedly already verified me already and why do it again?! So I did. I was then transferred to someone named "Zach" (I'm not making this up) in chat mode. He asked me again, to verify me! I asked if he has my information because I had done this twice. So I became impatient but played the verification game again. I explained AGAIN why I was filing a claim!!! I asked, "Don't you have this already?!" No direct answer. He sensed my frustration and transferred me to "Zuni" (yes, he identified himself as that) I asked if he was AI. Nope. He AGAIN wanted to verify me!!! At this point I became angry and I've worked customer service many years ago so I understand what those people go thru. But I started cursing at "Zuni" , not personally, but I was using it in generalities. I told him to look at his information on me because I've been verified several times at this point. So he asked if (blank) was my address and email address . Yes. He sent me an electronic link to enter my claim and include a picture! Why can't he just get this and do these things on his end?! I filled it out, sent picture. Frustrations continued with Zuni. I asked for his supervisor. He claimed he is not located where he is. I told him I want a transcript of this chat. He told me he can't send it to me!!! He then gave me the option of taking it to a repairman, have one come to the house for repair or send me a check. I selected taking a check after this mess. He told me I will get the amount minus the deductible. He never told me how much that will end up being so I'm expecting an unpleasant shock after this. I did their survey, gave them a Terrible rating and explained what I have here. This has been a terrible experience and not worth using AllState for ANYTHING! I worked for them as a contractor for almost a month and fired them after seeing how jacked up their company is . Don't use the Walmart experience by Walmart for ANYTHING!!

I called and spoke with the floral manager, I believe his name is Ron, and told him what I had in mind. He communicated with me by text message and photograph to show me what he'd created. That was actually HIS idea! The first bouquet that in my mind was going to be so awesome turned out to be a bit odd. This was my contraption and it just didn't work out. I sent him a photo back and by the next day he'd recreated the pink rose and lily bouquet to a T! The prices were amazing, as well! I absolutely wanted to use them for my wedding after the awesome service for my bridal bouquet. I wanted to have the same bouquet for my wedding and let him use his imagination for my bridesmaids, corsages and bouts. I had no clue what they'd be like but when I saw them, oh boy! He'd created these rustic, blue and cream bouquets. They were beautiful! Everyone's flowers were so awesome and at one bridal bouqet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 4 corsages and 10 bouts, we cashed out at less than $300.

I have had a devil of a time getting replacement cards from Kroger. The third party Kroger uses to handle their gift cards is Black Hawk Network (BHN). This company is a joke. I have been working with them since at least June 1, 2026. I suspected a language barrier. Even though their HQ is in the United States, their Customer Representatives are all over the world. You have to express your anger/frustration to be connected to Kroger's Customer Advocacy Group back here in the United States. I am currently waiting on a return telephone call from the Customer Advocacy Group that I was promised two weeks ago. They make it so difficult to get replacement cards that one would think Kroger is hoping that customers will forget or lose interest and go away so they won't have to reimburse them. If I could give zero stars I would. My next step is to go to the customer advocate of my local newspaper and see if they are interested in doing an article on gift card scams.

The produce section was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. We were able to get in and out in a fairly short amount of time and there were also plenty of registers (with cashiers) open. Overall, a very nice experience for a chain I usually hate visiting.
